This pot set is great and cooks food perfectly. I had an issue where the 10 inch pan got warped on one side. I reached out to the customer support team and they had it sorted in a matter of days and I had a new pan at my door. Super!

I was excited about this set, however it's terrible. First of all it's not dishwasher safe, It turns blue after washing in dishwasher. I use quality products, so it cannot be the issue.I know it's not non-stick, but this much... Oil sizzling hot, trying to fry eggs, it sticks so much that it's hard to clean even after hours of soaking in water.No other choice but return.

It’s horrible. Everything sticks on the pan including my gyoza, pepper, pasta and etc. And it burns food so easily, you basically have to stir your food all the time. It’s a nightmare. And any food would leave marks on it, including just boring water, and makes it extremely difficult to wash! We tried to get used to it but failed...totally regretted why I didn’t return it in time...
