Good Multipurpose Stand With Shelves
I ordered this for organizing my crafting paraphernalia. The stand has some pluses which on the whole outweigh the minuses. First, it is only 12” deep so I was able to organize my bins without taking up as much space as a full shelving unit. In the vein, it comes with both wheels (two have locks) and plain leg caps. Using the caps it becomes shorter, about 30” tall instead of 33” and I was able to fit it under a windowsill. The bottom and middle shelves are reinforced metal grid, and the 3 piece top is reasonably attractive wood. Th unit has a little wobbly when assembled, but feels sturdy when loaded. The drawbacks were that there are a lot of screws required to complete assembly. An Allen wrench is included, but it was tedious. Also, the caster wheels ae a pain to screw in - the nut is thin as is the included teeny wrench, and it is very difficult to rotate the nut to fully insert the wheel stem into the bottom of each leg. Bottom line, the dimensions fit my needs, but the assembly process was more difficult than I expected. If you have any issue with hand dysfunction you might want to think twice about this stand.

Cart/Stand
How you rate this cart is going to be dependant on your intended use for it. I bought this for a 29 gallon fish tank stand as it's listed as. I'll rate it based as that. The wood top has a really nice look to it. It is the widest and deepest part of the stand. The quality really drops off after the top. The metal frame is pieced together and attached with a ton of Allen key bolts. A fully filled aquarium with water, substrate etc is going to seriously max out the integrity of the stand. In a perfect world the stand would never be subjected to any horizontal or diagonal forces whatsoever. We don't live in a perfect world and something as simple as a pet leaning on to the side of this with a ton of weight on top such as a fish tank could and most likely would cause this to be extremely costly at the expense of a budget tank stand. As a rolling cart or side table it would work out a lot better and this is why I'll give it 3 stars rather than 2.
