When decorating outside with lights and holiday blowups, you never know what the weather will be in the coming weeks. I use the cord protect on everything so that I don't worry about rain, or snow, getting into the plugs.

I bought one of these Twist and Seal cord protectors at my local Lowe's years ago. I use it to protect an extension cord plugged into a heated cat/dog bowl outdoors. It has been holding up quite well to the elements.I had a second cord protect by another company that purchased through Amazon for a second extension cord plugged into a heated pet bed. That cord protector by the other company did not last as long. It broke down easily from sun exposure.I had to buy another cord protector to replace the one that broke down, and I went with this Twist and Seal protector knowing it is long lasting and durable.

Used the for Christmas light and a heated water bowl for birds. Not a drop of rain or snow inside. Great idea and great product that is well-made!

We have had a set of these for several years and they work very well. When we added more lights to our outside display, we ordered more this year.

This product is heavy duty.Holds in place very well.The only thing is they used a terrible label, so you have to take time and chemicals to get it off. Then you have to wash it, and dry it. (as we all know electric and water don't mix).so leave time for it to dry first before using. IF you want the large white sticker off of it.We were trying to hide the plugs - not make them stand out with white label showing.We have purchased this product 2 times and both times good quality, just hate the stupid, stubborn label frustrations.

Took down outdoor Christmas lights. Had four of these in use. Everyone has water inside them.

The media could not be loaded.  Twist N Seal Cord Protector is HEAVY duty, waterproof, and easy to install! We're using for a flag spotlight that's plugged into an outdoor extension cord. We learned our lesson after the unprotected connection tripped the GFL outlet after a heavy rain :( Haven't had a problem since installing this protection! Support this American Company!

I had an extension cord with pretty bulky ends so I wasn't sure the connection would fit in this thing, but it wasn't a problem at all. We've had a couple of heavy downpours as well as some light rain since I put this in place and there hasn't been a single drop of water inside the Twist & Seal. Very strong construction too - it should last many years.
