Excellent EAA for picky protein consumers. My 11 yr old is a competitive gymnast. 12 hrs a week of conditioning & practice. Her body is fatigued and run down especially in competition season. We are healthy clean eaters but she is so picky! She hates any protein shakes or bars I’ve tried with her. These EAA gummies were my last hell Mary to try to find something to aid her muscle repair and recovery with her rigorous training. They work!!! She has been so much less fatigued and has so much less muscle aches and pains. She’s tiny so she only eats 2 a day yet 4.5 grams of EAA at her weight is still a great amount. MOST importantly the world’s harshest protein critic my 11 yr old eats them! She doesn’t complain. No arm twisting. We just remind her to take them & she does no complaining like any shake or bars I’ve tried! EAA are superior to BCAA for muscle growth & repair & these are a staple in our house now. Can not suggest enough!

Good flavor and easy to eat. I stand all day and work out so i like the energy for my muscles. They seem to do what they advertise for. Easy to transport as well, you don't need water to take them orally. Was fine on my stomach.

I love the taste of these supplement gummies—they are sweet and taste pretty good, and I try taking them every morning. Unfortunately, I didn’t really notice any of the advertised benefits like improved focus, sleep or energy. To be fair, I also didn’t experience any side effects either, so that’s a plus. I’ve been using them daily, and while my day isn’t dramatically changed, it’s still enjoyable to chew. Quality seems good as is the packaging. Maybe the effects are subtle or build over time—I’m not ruling it out entirely. Overall, they are tasty, harmless gummies that didn’t quite deliver the perks, so it's a solid 4 stars from me.

EAA’s are what your body needs compared to the BCAA.

These gummies are comically soft and squishy, making chewing them a fun and pleasant experience. Thery have a good taste, especially considering there's zero sugar added, and it's great that they have crammed in all of the essential acids. The serving size is 4 gummies daily, which is double what I normally take for most other supplements - I'm not sure if this is why I sometimes get a little stomach discomfort or if this is just my body adjusting to a bunch of nutrients it's not used to getting in my normal daily diet. The price is fair for the amount of quality ingredients that are included and I'm looking forward to the claimed benefits kicking in soon.
