Have spent a good long time with the very happy to help technical support in helping me set up this product. Initially the sub-often translated Chinese to English within the QR manual confused and bewildered. The beep was also an issue, being loud and unavoidable. You have to open it up and destroy something inside for it to be turned off, however I was helped with visual guides in order to do so.Many thanks to the technical help support, they do like to help in any way they can and make sure you have a happy purchase
