Love this bike, ride very smooth , feels super strong and comfortable as you get to ride it and even my daughter wants one for her too.

I bought two of these for my husband and me for Christmas to replace our "starter" e-bikes. We haven't got much over 30 miles on them since Christmas because we live at 10,000 feet above sea level in the Rocky Mountains and Mother Nature's gets in the way, but so far they're great. The dual suspension makes stability on the rocky trails easier, even when riding over the 2x4s put in the trails to control runoff. The fat tires, dual suspension and the hydraulic breaks make the steep downhill stretches on rough terrain a confident, fun ride. As with our previous bikes, the Freesky takes a little learning and getting used to. The electric motor kicks in quickly, almost as soon as the pedal begins to turn. Be prepared for that. It can surprise you at first, but it's handy when crossing intersections. Power level 1 struggles on a steep uphill at low speed. However, I've learned that if I shift up a power level, I can keep going. I love that the bikes have a brake light and turn signals. It feels safer when I'm riding on the roads. We carry our bikes on our RV as alternate transportation while out and about. I am hoping these bikes give us the ability to access more places, so I can't wait to see how they work out.

E-Bike is kid of heavy for a Bicycle. Plenty of power. Very fun to ride, just be careful and I Highly recommend wearing a Helmet!

Had issue with it right out of the box. The display and the control seemed not to be working right.

Love our Freesky Bikes! My wife and I bought 2 Freesky Wildcat E-bikes and we love them! They are very sturdy and reliable and look beautiful. We wanted to be able to exercise together on long trips and we got over 100 miles on one charge using mostly the level 1 speed for assistance. I am so glad we bought these and recommend it to anyone looking to ride bikes while also getting electric support if you get a bit tired. Peggy and Ken

I received the bike quickly. I assembled it in a bout 1 hour, charged it up and took it out for a ride. Bike is fast and powerful. I got 38 miles on that 1st charge in pas2 mode with me pedaling the entire distance. when I got to 38 miles it really slowed down and lost power. At 42 it had absolutely no power, even though the gauge showed 55% power left. From that point on It just got worse. Now I only get 12miles and it's dead, might as well push it. It's really to heavy to ride with out any power assistance. I've tried to reach out to Freesky to warranty the battery, but all I get is Crickets. I love the bike but it is useless with this battery. I also have another 48v bike and it does not have this problem. It pulls strong all the way to less than 10%. this is my 3rd Ebike so I'm not a rookie. I have clocked just under 1500 miles on 3 Ebikes.. If the warranty is useless the bike is worthless to me. You might want to look at other brands. Just saying. Update: Hugh at Freesky service reached out to me and we did an analysis over the phone and he said there might be a glitch in the monitor. he sent me a new monitor and I installed it my self (very easy) and the problem has been corrected. Wow what a difference, the bike is way more powerful than I thought. I really love this bike. I said there warranty might not be good. I was wrong they do stand behind their product. Premièrement, j adore mon vélo. Je l ai essayé dans les sentiers route verte lors des premières neiges et il tiens bien la route. Mon moniteur ne donnait pas le bon pourcentage de ma batterie et la communication avec le vendeur à été plus que satisfaisante. Au final, il m envoie un nouveau moniteur. J ai acheter une couverture pour le cadre et ainsi protéger ma batterie. L autonomie me semble super. J ai parcouru en une seule charge environ une centaine de km avant de tomber sur le mode protection. Mode protection est qu il ne donne plus de jus, mais tu peux pédaler sans friction ou effort . Il te donne le minimum.
