Stability I have NEVER lost the signal in almost a month -with the phone in my pocket or in the car while I wash it, or with the phone on the table while do some yard work close by -10 feet or so. It is a tremendously stable connection with my Note 9 and no other pair of ear buds or Bluetooth earphones has been as reliable. ( I can't stand to use headphones/earbuds that cut in and out . . .even a little). Sound The sound is good -not spectacular, but solid. Sound (especially base) is a bit better after you get them well-fitted in the ear. There are many different ear-piece options so you WILL find a combination to fit into your ear. Fit and stay in ear I have used them running, hiking, doing yard work and just walking around and they have never come loose. I am spoiled by their good fit! Charging These earbuds charge quickly –every time you put them in their case (magnetic contacts and left/right case spots). They recharge. Also the case has a light bar/dots to show how its charge is as well. - For me with about 1.5 hours a day, they can be used for more than a week without a concern about battery. The case also charges from low to full in a couple of hours -max. - When you take them out of the case and put them in, they tell you the charge level -and that they are connected to each other and your BT source. Control buttons The buttons are a bit stiff -they click like real buttons, but getting them to click while running is an acquired skill. Also the menu for these earbuds, like many others these days is a bit complex -left ear clicks and right ear clicks are different and the number or even duration of presses matters. Not hard, just different. Overall I certainly would recommend these earbuds which are very high quality at a very good price.

UPDATE 12/13/2019: I just received a pair of Apple AirPods as a gift for Christmas. I tested them out, and though they sound very clear, they have a pretty flat sound profile, not much bass or mid range. I adjusted the iPhone Music EQ and used the Bass Booster sound profile and it made them much better, but still a bit lacking. I then put in my JLabs pair that I've been using for several months on a daily basis and WOW, there is just NO comparison. The JLabs is WAY better than the AirPods. The bass and mid range full balanced sound of the JLabs sounds incredible next to the AirPods. Considering the AirPods are going for about THREE times the price, $150, as the $50 JLabs, it's astonishing the quality of sound these buds produce at such a low price. I still am a HUGE fan of the JLabs and have recommended them to several friends and they have echoed my high praise for them. I was looking for an affordable pair of earbuds for working out. Took a risk on these as I hadn't heard of the JLab brand before. These fit the bill perfectly. Only $50, great sound for the price. Easy setup, connect immediately to my iPhone. I've been using them for about a month already and am so happy with them. One piece of advice, the correct size ear piece is crucial for good sound quality. I find that using the large size gives me significant improvements in sound, particularly the bass. I also agree other reviews that the JLab Signature Sound profile gives the best overall sound quality. Nice defined vocals and good bass. If I have any gripe, I have to agree with many reviews about the control buttons on the side of each bud. They are a bit awkward to press, it jams the buds further into your ear canal which is a little uncomfortable. Not too bad though. Tolerable for a 45-60 minute workout. I've connected these to my AppleTV at home and watched an episode of Game of Thrones. Awesome!! These really do product some nice base and are very clear and distortion free. You won't be disappointed with these. They are a great pair of ear buds for an amazing price. They have added a ton of fun to my workouts!

I purchased these for my partner and she liked them so much, I bought a pair for myself. I've tried other <$100 wireless bluetooth earbuds, and these JLab JBuds out-performed them. Note: The left-side earbud of first pair crapped-out after about two months, but were replaced immediately and without question by the seller. This review is based on the performance of both the initial pair and my current pair. Comfort: 8/10 I have large-average sized ears, and my partner has small-average sized ears, and the universal fit accommodates both of us. We both tried them with the factory ear cushions, but found them to be more comfortable after swapping them out for the foam cushions, purchased separately. I wear mine 40-60 minutes at a time and have no issues with them. My partner wears them all day at work and finds that she needs to take them out every four hours or so, which is fine as the earbuds need to be recharged about as often. Sound Quality: 9/10 The sound is a bit flat at first until you toggle through the EQ presets, which actually do work. To achieve a fuller sound, I also adjust the EQ settings on the music app in use. Bass frequencies can be buzzy if you have the bass settings turned up too high, but I don't find this surprising for a set of wireless bluetooth earbuds that only cost $50. Noise Cancellation: 9/10 I ride and wear these in the noisy NYC subway everyday. I can wear these while sitting on the train next to someone playing an actual drum, and the sound is adequately muffled. That said, it's necessary utilize the Cush-Fins provided so that you really get a sound-proof seal. Battery Life and Connectivity: 7.5/10 A fully-charged case will charge dead earbuds three times. If you don't have time for a full charge, charging them for a short amount of time goes a long way. Even so, the earbuds only last a bit better than four hours on a single charge, and we'd be happier if they lasted longer. Bluetooth-pairing is fast and responsive. Once I remove them from the case and put them in my ears, it takes about three seconds to pair automatically. Sometimes I experience static in the connection, usually for not more than a couple of seconds, but it happens, so bear that in mind. Phone calls: 6.5/10 This is a problem. Despite trying whatever other people have said to do to fix that the sound only comes out of one earbud, I haven't been able to get both earbuds to work at the same time during phone calls. If I'm in a moderately noisy public area, bluetooth phone calls can be frustrating due to diminished of sound output. This category would get a lower score if not for the fact that noise-cancellation is very good with these. Overall, the JLab JBuds Air Earbuds are a very good value, and the customer service makes them great. At a higher price point, I would expect the performance to be tighter. For $50, I believe I've gotten what I've paid for, and much more.

Great sound but I'm really annoyed that these can't be used as two separate ear buds. Surely the point of having separate buds is so that you can charge one while using the other? These are going in a draw and I'll have to buy a different brand now because of this.

(11 OCT 2021) i was very exited to order these ear buds but after getting them i found i couldn't even turn on the right ear bud, so i thought it wasn't charged enough so i charged the case and the ear bud for around 2:30 h but the case said that the right bud was fully charged. (the blue light not turning on on the right side) also a note the ear bud would flash as if it was charging but on the seccond flash the ear bud would just cut out

It’s useless to add photos if you understand the review. I was sceptical to say the least. How can a sub 100 dollar with tax Earbud sound incredible? Well put simply, make sure to use the largest ear tips that fit tight and make sure to put the Cush fin on properly to make a great seal and fit. Once you do that, you enter a completely different and new immersive world. These ear buds rival ones at triple the cost! I just bought a pair for my wife who loves music delivered in high quality. It’s her birthday!! I give these earbuds a five star rating for sound, battery life and shockingly for comfort!!
