Compact, quality feel and easy to use.
This monocular exceeded my expectations - it’s light, feels robust and the optical quality is fine. The closes focus is about 4m and the extendable eyecup is useful especially if you wear glasses. If you have a specialist interest in your subject - birdwatching for example - you will probably need more specialised and very much more expensive equipment but for casual or more general use this is very good value indeed.

Bright Image
Nice size, nice weight and easily held. The rubber eyepiece is adjustable for distance from eye to optic. The eyepiece cover is not secured but could easily be attached to the wrist-strap lug. At this magnification, it's a bit difficult to focus on a distant object but easier if the eyepiece is fully extended; but you soon get the hang of it! It's a bit of a struggle to get it in and out of its carry case. As mine will stay in the house, the case will probably be left off. Very impressed with the quality and without knowing, would have thought that it cost at least £20 more.

Lightweight & Quality
Great value for money. It’s lightweight and not too big for the high quality of images. I am absolutely delighted with the performance of this monocular, it outperforms my more expensive monoculars but importantly its very easy to use, less wobble during focusing on wildlife. Great lenses for a very clear picture and zoom capabilities are also great, it just a great all rounder that will not disappoint you for the small price.

Very good quality at a reasonable price
This is a quality monoscope for a very reasonable price. The image is bright and clear and the scope is simple to operate with one hand. The objective lens has a flip down cover so you can't lose it and the eyepiece cover has a loop for attaching a lanyard. The scope comes supplied with a wrist loop and a neoprene carry bag and is much easier to carry than a pair of binoculars. All in all very pleased I bought this.

Not easy to hold and focus
Binoculars probably a better idea.

Great value for money as seen through my one good eye
First of all consider the price. This is a five star performer based on value for money and a really low price point. If you want higher spec/performance you will have to pay a lot more. I have been meaning to buy a monocular for sometime , I find binoculars bulky and difficult to focus. On impulse I ordered the monocular a few days before going on holiday and thanks to Amazon Prime and the supplier they arrived on time. Size and weight is great for a pocket or rucksack pocket. The image is crystal clear and the monocular really helps for wildlife, birds or anything else you want to see up closer. My only criticism is that the front lens cover is not attached particularly securely and I could see the possibility of losing it. So far not been a problem though. Overall a fantastic buy that really enhanced my holiday.

Great monocular, easy to use
A great product. For me, easier to use than binoculars. Lightweight so not a problem to take on a walk. Like other reviewers I think it would be good to have the small lens/eye piece cover attached to the body of the monocular in a similar way to the main, larger lens cover as I think it’s only going to be a matter of time before I lose it. Also, is it only me or do other users have issues with the neoprene pouch? It’s a great idea to have a cover, especially one that is weatherproof. However, the fit is so snug that I find it a real struggle to get the monocular out quickly when I come across something I want to see close up. I’ve taken to keeping it out of the cover on a walk now and only use the pouch for storage at home or in the car. Definitely think a re-design is needed here. Don’t want to end on without stressing how happy I am with the monocular itself, a very good buy.

Excellent
Better than binoculars because easier to carry and no hassle with trying to get my two eyes to work together to view an object. Seems well built. I'm no expert on optics, but images to be very sharp. The only criticism, as many other reviewers have said, is that the pouch is too small: takes a minute or so to get the monocular out.
