The ingredients mention Erythritol, Stevia leaf extract and natural flavors. Waht are the natural flavors added here?

But they did notice that pt’s with the above conditions were taking products that contain Erythritol. They don’t know if the patient’s conditions were caused by other health issues or Erythritol consumption. Our food in The USA needs to be rehauled to contain no harmful ingredients. How are European countries able to do it with having certain ingredients banned that are still being used here. We as a country need to demand it from our politicians. Why are they allowing this crap to be consumed by the American public??

Is it Keto friendly ?

Yes, this is very Keto friendly. Even though it has carbs in it, those carbs are from erythritol which is a sugar alcohol that is not metabolized by the body. What that means is that it does not spike your insulin, which is the entire goal of Keto eating. Other artificial sweeteners might say zero carbs on them, but they have dextrose, maladextrose, aspartame, and other ingredients that will spike your insulin. This product is by far the best sweetener to use while on a Keto diet.

I've been getting a large box of 400 single serve packets locally for only $15 a box, $10 when they had a coupon, for years and have very much enjoyed it in coffee, tea etc. It's a combination of stevia extract, erythritol and "natural flavors". The last box I purchased was redesigned which is a tell-tale sign they've changed something, usually not for the better. I found the individual packets contained less product and I found that instead of using the usual one packet I had to use 1 1/2 to 2 packets to get the same amount of sweetening. I compared the old packet with the new ones and found the old packets had 3 grams each and the new packets had only 2 grams. So that's an increase in price of 30%! I went to the company website and found a lot of negative comments stating the same thing. And in each one the company's response was that it was the same sweetening power. It is not. I have a problem with a company that is deceptive, condescending and that is unresponsive to its customers. Truvia seems to think if they just keep repeating that it's the same sweetening power people will eventually believe it. I will no longer purchase their product.

Very Sweet, No Aftertastes!

I am a severe hypoglycemic, and I cannot have a lot of sugar. This is the ONLY alternative that does not have an awful aftertaste and actually tastes a little sweeter than sugar. One packet, I believe, is equivalent to 1.5 teaspoons of regular sugar. I have a "Truvia" little zipper bag that came as a surprise in one box a long time ago, and I use it to put the packets in my purse, so I always have them. I mix these in anything needed sugar, from coffee, unsweetened iced teas, etc. I use them in restaurants too (Since most only offer Equal, Splenda, etc.) The gains are very similar to granulated sugar and are easy to mix in. For ladies, a simple change purse can hold a lot of packets in your purse! Super easy to take them on the go. My husband even keeps two in his wallet (he's a diabetic). This box lasts for quite some time! I absolutely recommend it as one of the best substitutes because of how sweet it is! (I love sweet things, and again, this is the only sweetener that closely tastes like sugar!)

Best sugar ever for nosugar.

Best non-sugar you can get. I use this in coffee and tea. I took tea to a family gathering they all asked, hat kind of sugar did you use? It is delicious. That's what I said "The Best"

It contains erythritol!

I don't know why I assumed this wouldn't contain substances like erythritol, but I didn't look at the box closely enough online. I last ordered a smaller quantity in a small box that said it was stevia leaf and cane sugar. I wanted a larger quantity and I went with this without realizing it said erythritol right on the package! It's on me. The stuff tastes OK, I just am trying to limit substances that might cause me worse GI symptoms.
