Signature Series The Clawson Pool Table with 1-Inch Slate Top, 8-Feet, Cherry

Very bad experience. The central long beam has a huge crack. There are missing nuts and screws. Also, to screw in the rails there were only 4 wood hinge blocks instead of the required 8. I would have returned it but it was unpacked for assembly and re-packing it for return is next to impossible. They shipped me a random color (camel) felt from their inventory instead of asking me the color. The picture is showing green felt so i was under the impression that i am going to receive green felt. In fact when ordering, there is no option to select the felt color. I am regretting my decision to buy a pool table online. I wish i had not bought this and instead bought from a store after inspecting the quality and craftsmanship in person.

We thought we were receiving a new item; however, parts were missing the box came damage and there were no instructions.
