We have used many brands of magnesium. This one our family’s favorites. Many times magnesium can cause nightmares especially for children. I use this for myself and my 10 and 8 year old and it helps them sleep but no weird dreams. This is especially helpful for kids/adults with ADHD to relax before bed. Take it 30min-1hour before bedtime for best results.

I have purchased this brand for a couple of years, it helps me to unwind and sleep but does nothing for my husband. They changed the bottle so I hope they didnt change the formula. I just quit giving it to him since it doesnt help him sleep
