Q: Why is this delivered all melted?

Lol, my gets melted just sitting on the kitchen counter in summer at 74 degrees. In winter it tends to stay solid. I tried putting it in fridge but it gets to hard to scoop out. It's still perfectly usable as a liquid (I use it for my dog's skin rashes and dry nose and it works great) just messy.
