Safety Step XL-08C-Y Yellow X-Large Folding Recreational Step Stool

It’s very sturdy, very stable to step on because it’s so wide. I feel very secure and safe using it outside my camper van to get in and out.

Solid units that will take abuse and keep working

I ordered this step stool to assist an elderly relative in entering and exiting an SUV, and it works perfectly for that purpose. It is well-built, and the fold-up legs facilitate storage of the stool when not in use. It provides very secure footing and a large surface that accommodates the possible need to readjust one's foot position before stepping off. Smaller step stools present a risk in this regard. I wish the price were lower (which would give it 5 stars for good value-for-money), but the product does provide the safety and durability that I was looking for).

This is a great unit, very large and quite heavy! We feel safe and secure getting in and out of our RV - we bought the large size and in yellow so it was easy to see. We shopped around and this was the most reasonably priced unit (under $100). Feels like an elephant could stand on this thing and it would stay put. The legs are a little floppy when you fold them in to carry it.

Very sturdy, well built, and is a nice size. I’m a big guy and this felt comfortable and didn’t flex under load.

Hello. It wasn't the quality that we had expected. Also, The County of Orange in Calif may reject it because the legs are too easy to fold inward. Otherwise the color is bright. Wonder where it was Manufactured? Merit Bldg Specialties

Strong, large surface just the right dimension & height for sure footed entry into our 23 ft motorhome. Yellow is as you would expect, very visible in low light situations. Thee black non slip strips are not very durable though.

The leg safety catches broke and now two fold up on their own. Will not lock in place. I'd like to return it, it's the right height and width... But it it supposed to be a safety step!
