But, she does provide a low impact option for people to do if you don't want to do the jogging. The band is great and really gives you good resistance and a much stronger workout. I probably would not recommend this for your first Leslie DVD as it is more advanced and she doesn't give as much notice for some of the moves than she does with her earlier DVDs (with less athletic people on them). The backup people on this one are serious athletes whereas my prior DVD had amateurs and people of different skill levels. I have been able to follow most of the steps fine. I am quite enjoying the workouts so for those with some prior Leslie Sansone experience, I would strongly recommend this DVD set. Update: I've been using the DVD and band for 6 months now and am very pleased with the results. I have lost weight and gotten into better shape. I have used the 2,3,4 and 5 mile DVDs. I use the 4 mile one several times a week mixed in with the 2 mile one, and the 5 mile one once on the weekends. Pumped out Walking Workout
I have had the DVDs and the band for about a week now and so far have liked them. I have used the two and three mile workouts. I previously used a Leslie Sansone DVD and find this one to be more advanced and more of a workout than my previous DVD from her. There is some jogging mixed in here with the boosted miles. Very economical, enertaining, lots of variety!
First, I am an avid exerciser for years and never used a workout calendar even when there was one provided. Just figure it out. Sometimes, stuff happens and you have to improvise. My Favorite
Between Youtube and about 6 DVDs, I have used a LOT of Leslie's walking videos. I think the two-mile walk with the band in this set is my favorite of all. Two miles, 30 minutes, is just right for me for daily exercise and for my formerly damaged tendons. The band is a great piece and easier to use than the regular stretchy bands because of the hand hold loops. The 2- mile walk incorporates a few minutes of the band in both mile 1 and mile 2, as well as some some HIIT in both miles. As always with Leslie's videos, you can just do what you can when you can and build up if you aren't there yet. There are lots of options also. For example, with the two mile video, I can choose only mile 1 or only mile 2 or both, with music only or with narration.

My new favorite Leslie workout!
I am, or rather used to be an advanced exerciser who loves intense workouts. Unfortunately I have had multiple foot surgeries over the past 3 years, so I have had to drastically cut back on my exercise. I refused to give up exercising though. I was so happy to find Leslie as my workout partner. I now have all the Leslie walking workouts and I never get tired of them. This one is my new favorite. Why I love this workout set: * Leslie is just so nice and positive. Her workout crew is so happy and energetic too. I can't help but be in a good mood when I do her walks. * The variety. This set has it all, 1, 2, 3. 4 and 5 miles walks, plus toning with a cool new band. Each DVD features fun, new moves. * The cool stretchy band that comes with the set. It is much more durable than the usual stretchy bands that come with workouts. It has multiple holes, so you can make it harder or easier, depending on how tight you want to make the band. I have attached a picture of this neat new toy. * The pretty outfits. Each workout features pretty new outfits. Here are some details about this set: DVD 1 The 1 mile workout, which is 15 minutes. There are also 3 toning sections featuring upper body, lower body and total body. Nick leads the total body one, which is fun. Total running time is 35 minutes. DVD 2 The 2 mile workout. Each mile features a fast walk, boosted walking and toning with the band. Total running time is 30 minutes. DVD 3 The 3 mile workout. Mile 1 is belly slimming, Mile 2 is thigh slimming and Mile 3 is fast walking with speed changes. Total running time is 45 minutes. DVD 4 The 4 mile workout. Mile 1 is fast walking, Mile 2 is belly slimming, Mile 3 is thigh slimming and Mile 4 is arm sculpting. Total running time is 60 minutes. DVD 5 The 5 mile workout. Mile 1 is the walk concert, Mile 2 is belly slimming, Mile 3 is thigh slimming, Mile 4 is arm sculpting and Mile 5 is fast walking. Total running time is 75 minutes. If you only get one Leslie, get this one! You will not be disappointed and certainly you will never get bored.

I absolutely love walking with Leslie and the band - several months ago i was laid up with a pinching of the nerves in my neck and bursitis in both of my shoulders. After two months of rest, i finally started to get some range of motion back. My Mother introduced me to the Walk at Home program and I immediately started to see an improvement in strength and further range of motion. I have continued with this program and am getting stronger every day. I alway feel Fantastic after completing the five miles. Even on the days where i am struggling with pain this program helps me work out the kinks and soreness. I Never want to be without this program!!

Seit Jahren bin ich ein Leslie Fan und habe viele Dvds von ihr. Schon lange versuche ich, an die Miracle Miles zu kommen, was mir bisher nicht möglich war. Nun habe ich also einen Anbieter gefunden, der das Programm von Deutschland aus verkauft und ich habe sofort zugeschlagen. Schade, dass in dieser Lieferung der Walk-Kalender nicht dabei ist, aber egal, dann gestalte ich mir mein Workout selbst. Soeben habe ich die 4 Meilen gemacht und ich bin richtig richtig verschwitzt. 🤪 Das Workout wechselt sich immer durch zw. Kraft und Ausdauer. Durch die Schlaufen am Band kann man sich die Intensität selbst einstellen und sich selbst richtig fordern. Die Ausdauer ist ebenfalls etwas fortgeschrittener als bei den sonstigen Workouts. Ich fühl mit toll, ich fühl mich, als hätte ich mir was richtig Gutes getan und freu mich schon auf morgen, wenn ich die 5 Meilen testen werde. Das macht mir mehr Spaß, als im Studio rum zu dümpeln Leslie-Fans: diese DVDs sind ein „MUSS“ für Euch 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent 5 dvds with usual Lesley Sansone format...the link band is ok but if there is more than one of you a stretchie band is fine.The walks encompass cardio and strength exercises. We have quite a collection of Lesley's walk at home dvds and they have been out go to exercises during lockdown.One word of warning the dvds have to be played on a machine which recognizes all regions.

I have used Leslie's program for years after learning about it from my Sister. I would rate this video my #2 favourite out of all her videos that I own. The stretch band is her best yet. You can grab it at different lengths in order to increase resistance. The exercises are easy to follow and you can feel it working your muscles. It comes in 5 different videos depending on how many miles you want to do. She uses the band in each program but the One Mile offers a whole body and segmented upper and lower body exercises using the band. The only comment I would make is it would be nice if they did more reps instead of just kind of showing you what exercises to do in one or two sets.
