Tru-Bead Fiber Optic Front Sight Universal Fits Shotgun with Vent Rib, Dual Color, Interchangeable Color

I purchased this for my Beretta 686 Silver Pigeon 1 because I've found fiber optic sights to far more effective with my aging eyes. It's not overly large, but still captures light very well, making it extremely easy to see not only in daytime but also at night during (illuminated) night trap competitions. Installation was easy, and unlike some other reviewers, I haven't had any problem with the light pipe falling out in the three years it's been on. Lucky, maybe? I don't know, but I'm very happy with mine and will order a second one for my Benelli Supernova since the factory light pipe is losing its luster. Hopefully, I won't have any problems with the second one, either.

I bought one of these for my Beretta 694 Sporting. I had a Beretta sight, but I couldn't get it to line up correctly given that the sight and screw are all one piece. I like that the screw is separate from the sight for this this. The bead is also nice and bright. I've been crushing clays like never before! People have complained about having the rib piece fall off, so I used some Gorilla glue to keep it in place, and I used some blue Locktite on the screw (other people have complained about having the screw loosen), and I have had no problems after running about 500 rounds through my gun since putting this sight on. It's a keeper!

Loved the sight, but a durability issue -- Used it one time at a sporting clay shoot for youth -- 50 low recoil rounds shot -- Got home -- Took the gun out of the case and noticed that the multi-colored pipe was missing! *And NO it wasn't in the shotgun case! Will likely get another, but will definitely "touch" super glue the pipe to the holder!

As I was simply putting these on a couple of my backup medium priced shotguns, so I glued these on with JB Weld. I don’t think they will fall off any time soon. Maybe it’s just me, but I wasn’t a fan of the clip approach. Front hole for the existing bead fits perfectly and love the larger sight which is bigger than others. I bought the other type that has the magnet and simply clips on without tools. I haven’t got that one yet. I may JB Weld that also just because. A forum I read mentioned the JB Weld thing. Cleaned both sides first with alcohol to remove any oils.

I was having trouble shooting clay targets at dusk, especially on post 4 and 5, which were in the shade of a couple of large trees. This sight gathers just enough light to remain in soft focus, and not overpower the target. It worked fine on my Kolar Max Trap T/A. I am satisfied with how well it works and would buy it again.

Great sight, easy to see in low light. Only problem I have with it is after I shot my gun twice the fiber optic sight fell out. I was able to find and superglue but was not impressed that I had to tamper with a brand new sight

I put this on my Mossberg 500 410 shotgun with a 24 inch (Ribbed) barrel. I love this little gun and so does my wife (easy on her shoulder unlike my 12 gauge guns). I myself like to use this .410 to coon hunt at night which is why you see a weapons light attached to the tube, and to squirrel/rabbit hunt during the daytime. This gem of a sight was simple to setup and a value as it includes 4 additional light pipes in the package. This sight is great for sporting clays since the width is not so large that it obscures your sight picture, but large enough to allow for quick target acquisition... Unlike many other similar products this one is ALL METAL for the housing part/screws/base.

I absolutely love this front sight. It is perfect for low light, dawn hunting times. Just bagged an early morning squirrel thanks to my ability to see the sight with just the hint of sunlight through the trees. The sight performed as advertised an allowed me to get on target quickly and make a clean head shot. I can't wait to use it during duck season. P.S. The sight was really to install also.

Das Bild passt nicht zum gelieferten Artikel! Ich hatte das Visier anhand der angezeigten Bilder azsgesucht! Es wurde allerdings eine andere Visierung geschickt. Da ich mit einer Verwechslung beim Versender gerechnet hatte, habe ich eine zweite Bestellung aufgegen und WIEDER das falsche (nicht wie auf den Bildern der Artikelbeschreibung ersichtlich) geliefert bekommen habe. Schade-so sollte es nicht laufen; da fühlt man sich verarsc… - deshalb nur 1 Stern!
