I have tried many top brands of Saw Palmetto and some have helped but this brand Labo from Japan is a game changer. My PSA level came down (from 4.5 to 2.4) after only a month, my enlarged prostate shrink according to my doctor who checked it, best of all I DO NOT HAVE TO GO TO BATHROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT (what a blessing). It has to be the way it is manufactured (extraction process). This is my honest review. I did not get any compensations, discounts, etc. I buy it from Amazon Subscription and take one capsule in the morning and one at night. I tried taking more but it did not help. I sincerely hope it helps others. Thank you.

After using Caruso’s Prostate Eze Max, I tried Prostate Sensei which is much cheaper, but, after one month, I find I’m back where I was before the Caruso’s. Not for me I’m afraid.
