The only ingredients in the fantastic one was Peppers, Carrots, Onions, Lime Juice, Vinegar, Garlic and Salt. This new one included a lot of other stuff like Xanthan Gum. I will give away the bottles I have and either start making my own or find another brand, but I will never buy this pretender to XXX Hot Sauce again.
