Easy Fun Gender Neutral Toy
Great price point and lots of fun (especially for ages 4 to 10yo). Purchased for 9yo who said he probably wouldn't use it. Immediately put on the door frame and said, "let's go". He loved it and his mom said he's been using it nonstop (although they wished he'd play with it upstairs bc the constant hitting of the ball noise can be irritating. No batteries, gender neutral, wide age range, great price point, excellent brand. The clamps gently grab the wall above a door frame. The string length was super easy to adjust. Then whack the ball with the paddle 1 or 2 players. Is nice bc it's active and can keep a solo player busy without needing second player. 2 players, OUR rules were if the person on their side of door frame missing a return hit or if the ball doesn't cross to the other players side then the other player gets a point.

Great for hand eye coordination
I purchased this for a two year old, to help him with hand eye coordination. He has a lot of fun just hitting and also dodging the ball. It has an easy break apart string, so there's no danger of him getting hung up in it. It also came with an extra ball, in case the first one gets lost. It attaches very easily to a door jamb, and it's easy to move. When we arent using it, I just move it to the side of the door jamb, and place the ball on the top ropes. It holds it there perfectly, until we're ready to play with it again.

Fun kid-loved toy that teaches skills!
Really great toy! Easy to use alone or with another player. Good for developing hand-eye coordination. Bought it for my five-year-old grandchild for Christmas, who bonked it hard enough to detach the ball from the string. No problem! The string is secured inside the ball with a (too) small knot, so we just drilled a matching hole in the bottom of the ball, threaded the string through both holes, and tied a much bigger knot. Perfect! (Also checked out the spool assembly for adjusting the length of the string, which was well-designed and easy to access in case future problems emerge. This is a toy that 1) is great fun, 2) will be very well-used and loved, and 3) teaches hand-eye coordination and response. Excellent choice!

Breaks in less than a day
DO NOT BUY! The ball breaks off the string so easily. Broke within 2 minutes of play. They provide an extra in the box. That also broke the first day I contacted their customer service. They told me they sell replacements. I used to love this brand of toys. Will not be buying again.

Indoor fun during stay at home
My 11yo son and I are getting a kick out of this. We've played until I couldn't hold my arm up anymore and my son was visibly sweating. He also enjoys playing with it alone so he can "up his game." We put it up in a large opening between rooms instead of a standard for doorway which gives us the option of hitting it sideways around in an arc instead of always just straight back and forth which can be fun. I have to say though that the reserved young ladies demonstrating this game in the video are not representative of what's going on in this house. We've been blasted in the face with the ball and smacked the hard plastic paddles into each other's fingers. So keep in mind that unless you have kids that will 100% observe staying behind a certain line, this kind of thing is going to happen.

Fun toy, while it lasted.
So, this toy is cool. The kids had fun with it while it lasted. Unfortunately, it broke the first day. The part that clips the two cords together, which I believe is a safety feature so the cords disconnect, snapped. My kids were just hitting it like any kid would. The seller was very responsive and helpful in making sure I got my money back, but just a bummer the toy didn’t hold up for even 24 hours.

Great last minute gift.
What an easy concept for a toy that keeps my kids busy and helping them with hand eye coordination. I wasn't looking for this toy, came across it and glad i did.
