How long is the power cord?

Cord is only 4 feet 6 inches only - too short keeps falling out of socket otherwise a great drier.

Will the power & heat be reduced using 220 voltage?

Nope--used it in Italy with full power and heat in May 2019. It's truly designed for the traveller...

Does the back fan easily tangle hair?

Never happened to me. I have long and thick hair and use it almost daily.
