Easy pedals.
I had a knee replacement and to get everything moving, I used these to get the strength back in my muscles around the knee. They are easy to use, not too heavy, can be used easily with a dining chair, they are very sturdy I didn't need the non slip mat which is provided. There is a led display which tells you how far you've peddled and how many calories burned. The item is not too big for storage. They look very professional. They are ideal for anyone who needs that bit of extra help with muscle functions. Very good product.

For the price there's very little wrong with it
One failing with it is two fold, 1 with the pedals are very narrow and the straps not being big enough for big feet. I can fit with no shoes on but the peddles are too narrow for long periods on bear feet. I simply removed the straps and find I don't need them anyway. And 2, there is a slight wobbly in the mechanism meaning you have to concentrate a little on your form and either for sound wise for long periods to have headphones on or something playing on speakers so it doesn't become annoying. No squeaking sounds but this is only after one day. There was a concern at first that it could only count to 999.9 calories as it was displaying the decibel amount and thought it would reset at this point... but it got to this point and just stopped displaying the decibel place so you can just keep going... this is given there is likely to be no one trying to go about 9999 calories burned in one session. Another good thing is were you are at it stores until you reset it, so you can easily do it in stages and also break for toilet or anything no matter how long the task is to do. I then just reset it before starting again the next day. I like to do at least 2000 calories. This does take a lot longer to get there than a full sized peddle cranks and higher resistance but it also is possible to do it while working on the computer so time goes by a lot faster. I'm currently doing it now while writing this. For the knees to be under the table you will need a very high desk, but it's not much to have the knees at the edge of the table and be able to use the computer without any hassle which is what the photo displays. The time count resets at 99.59 minutes but if you are just going by calories this doesn't matter, when I do this all other settings rest a few times but at least the calories keep going. Forgot to add one thing... I did have a spare set of bike peddles but the thread of these is tiny bit smaller than typical bike peddles so couldn't fit them in place of the very narrow peddles on this... could have sorted the only thing wrong with these if the hole was the same size... only 1 or 2 millimetres out size wise

Excellent value
Great product for the price... I am five and a half weeks post op after a left knee replacement.. this is super to exercise my knee starting on the lowest resistance. Very compact, very portable. Using in on carpet and it doesn't slip or slide. Great value for money.

Great for light workouts, but a bit shaky
I’ve been using this mini pedal bike under my desk and overall it’s decent - the LCD display is handy, and the adjustable resistance gives a nice range for both light cardio and leg mobility. Assembly was quick, and it fits neatly under most desks. However, I do notice a fair bit of wobble when I pedal at higher speeds. It doesn’t feel as stable as I’d like, but a non-slip mat helps a bit. Still, it does its job for keeping active during work hours. For the price, it’s good value - just know it’s not rock-solid stable.

Too light to be usable - for me. Other people may gain benefit.
I have given this item one star, because this item absolutely failed at the task I bought it to do, but other people may find it suits their purpose very well, so to be fair to the manufacturer, I think I should explain a little more. I'm 52, male, 6'2'' and until quite recently, was fairly fit, but not an athlete or regular gym user. Something happened to me last year which has left me with severe weakness in my left leg and arm, leaving me with some quite severe difficulty in walking. I spend a lot of time at a computer, and so, when I saw this item, I thought it might make sense to give myself some gentle exercise whilst sitting at my desk. The product arrived quickly and in good packaging. Assembly was minimal and straightforward. The machine itself is very light and mainly constructed of cheap looking plastics. On very low resistance levels, the machine is fairly quiet, but if one increases the tension, there is quite a loud 'squeak', which may have faded if I had used it for longer than I did. This is not a high end machine, but the asking price is very low, so - you get what you pay for. I put the little cycle under my desk and put my feet on the pedals, and off I went. Two revolutions later, and I was groping under the desk to reposition the cycle as it had skated away across the oak parquet floor, even though I had set the pedals up on the 'anti- slip' mat. I repositioned it, and tried again, with similar results, except that this time, probably due to the difference in strength of my left and right legs, the thing slid away at an angle. Now, I'd like to think I'm not one of life's quitters, so I persevered with trying various angles, tried bracing the thing against the wall with a piece of wood and tried laying an old towel underneath it, all to no avail. Every time I tried using the pedals, the thing skittered away after a few revolutions. For me, this does not and will not ever work, it failed completely and I returned it the same day. But. I was trying to use the pedals on a setting that offered some resistance. If you have a carpet under your desk, and are only going to be using this on the very low resistance setting, this could work for you as a means of ensuring good circulation in your legs if you are sitting at a desk all day long. I can see a possible benefit for housebound elderly people as well, and, assuming you can stop it skating away over the floor, and are using the pedals on a very low resistance, it would certainly assist in maintaining circulation to the lower limbs. I suspect that if the manufacturer had included suction cup feet to be fitted for hard floors, and carpet spikes for carpet or coir flooring, this might have been reasonably useful. As it stands, however, I can only give the one star, even though that rating can only reflect my experience. I wound up buying a much more expensive and elaborate exercise cycle instead.

Hard to believe it’s poor value for the cheap price but it’s not even worth it for one workout- totally unfit for purpose
