DharmaObjects® Tibetan Buddhist MEDITATION 108 Beads Genuine BODHISEED MALA For Compassion

I've had these Tibetan Buddhist Meditation Bodhi Mala beads for a couple of years now. I like these meditation/mantra beads a lot. There is a texture to these beads as each bead slides through my fingers as I chant a mantra, the beads themselves are not entirely smooth-or at least, mine are not! They 'feel' good in my hands, natural and peaceful. I realise that is a weird thing to say about a set of beads, but it's true with these beads! These beads have a welcoming 'feel' to them, a sensation unknown if handling a set of plastic beads! The beads on my string allows a gap of about an inch while counting off a spoken mantra, at first this feature was a distraction, but it does not detract from the overall purpose of these Mala beads! Occasionally, I'II wear these beads around my neck, as personal decoration and they feel good "clinking" as I walk. I'm not at all disappointed with these Mala beads, they feel good in my hands, they look like real beads and they function as mantra counters exceptionally well! These Buddhist meditation beads well deserve a 5 Star rating! They are awesome!!!

I ordered this set of Bodhi seed Mala beads to help aid with my meditation practices. After receiving the Mala, I was very impressed with the craftsmanship and natural beauty of the beads, and the string felt very sturdy. It fits on my wrist, wrapped 5 times, or around my neck. Unfortunately, when I counted the beads, there were only 107 beads (not including the slightly larger Guru bead). This may not sound that important, but I was adamant about finding a genuine set of Mala beads. I reached out to DharmaObjects, and they responded to my email within an hour, refunded my purchase, and let me keep the "defective" set. I was very satisfied with my experience - their customer service team seems committed to exceeding customer expectations. I highly recommend these if you are looking for an authentic, but also affordable set of Mala meditation beads.

Was given as a gift and the recipient immediately stated that these were of high quality. It also came with a bag, which in my case was yellow not red as shown. The beads are larger than the typical but felt natural in the hand. Some reviewers stated there was a handwritten note accompanying but we had only the receipt enclosed. One note: for those of you looking for the scented kind (sandalwood), these are not those, however, they are quality and should last for some time.

This is the first set of mala beads I've ever bought and they seem real good quality. I'm new to praying with repetitions, and have said probably around 50,000 repetitions so far. About every 15,000 or so you need to tighten the beads as they start to loose. It is easy to do with the adjusting bead string. I believe these will last me some time but I'll write update if they begin to fell me (I'm on day 4). I would say however the bag they come in, while beautiful, the top 1/3 of it is made in such a delicate fashion that if you tighten the beads too much (which I did), the bag tears. Nicely however, they put two layers of fabric so the underneath fabric has not torn completely yet but I see it starting. However, I bought this for the beads, not the bag, that was just extra touch and it is sufficient, even if you don't tighten it all the way for travel. Also beads are nice to hold and look at. Absolutely Beautiful

This is an outstanding piece. The beads are a perfect size for prayer and meditation. They just look fantastic! The string is strong and looks like this will last a long time. The beads are way bigger then I thought according to the picture. The mala only wraps 4 times in the picture, it actually wraps 6 times around my arm. I have a 6 inch wrist, so its a big mala! This makes it very easy to get from one bead to the next. I had one problem getting mine to adjust at first. The slip knot somehow got glued to the string itself but after a bit of a tug, the glue came undone. The slipknot snug but can be adjusted.

These are Beautiful and well crafted. Use them in my meditations. Love the bag for them as well. Namaste

I am unsure, but I think the only genuine seeds on this are 2 tiny ones on the very end. I think the rest may be just wood, although I cannot say for certain. It is pretty regardless, but I feel I was mislead.
