Using as an adjunct for Waist Training
I am currently waist training, though I have not been strict about sticking to it daily. I have been alternating this Ann Chery Faja Deportivo Workout Waist Cincher 1-2 days a week with the ieasysexy body shaper 3-5 nights a week, while sleeping. ieasysexy Women Full Body Shaper Waist Cincher Thigh Reducer Bodysuit Shapewear (Purple, Tag Size M/US XS) . I use this Ann Chery waist clincher a few days a week during the day... It seems to help with back support a lot in addition to shaping the waist. I am 33-24-34 & ordered from Amazon, the smallest size XS/30 in pink according the the Ann Chery website. What arrived was authentic, thick, well made, with Ann Chery labels, tags, and bag & looks exactly as pictured (my vendor was Shape Secrets, fulfilled by Amazon). The XS was extremely difficult to close on the wide row of hooks over my ribcage at first, but I got it completely on with a struggle. The first day or two, my rib cage felt sore after use, so I gradually increased the time I wore it, so my body could get used to the cinching. After alternating this waist clincher corset with the ieasysexy body shaper, I can now wear the Ann Chery Waist Cincher Corset on the 2nd row of hooks with no problem. I notice I have more of an hourglass figure with continued use, but I'm thin & athletic so it's not overly dramatic. I also noticed improved posture. If you wear the corset at dinner, it prevents overeating (such as during thanksgiving), and it helps with back support for long drives. I have not worn it during work outs because it restricts movement of my midsection, which I need flexibility for dancing and yoga. ;) Another thing I wanted to mention is that I am allergic to latex... I get numb, dry, itchy red skin, hives & blisters type of contact dermatitis.... I do not get severe allergy (anaphylaxis) from latex. I knew this product contained rubber latex but purchased it anyway. I did a lot of research on waist training and the latex clinchers seems to be superior. My plan was to wear a fitted tank under this Ann Chery waist cincher if any part of the corset gave me a reaction. But the *uncovered latex part is only on the outside where the hooks are, so it doesn't touch my torso skin at all. The inside lining and black piping are soft material, and the outside is mostly a smooth (pink) athletic material. So the latex part only touches my fingers when I'm closing/opening the hooks... my fingers go numb, so I immediately wash them and am just fine. I personally did not have a reaction to this cincher, however I'm not going to say someone else with a latex allergy won't react to it just because I didn't. Please do not try if you have a severe anaphylaxis type allergic to latex. I can say this waist clincher works well alone and when alternated with the ieasysexy body shaper. I highly recommend this product, and will purchase again when I wear this one out.

PSA: For those who are Waist Training! Not just wearing as a corset...
Before ordering the Ann Chery Waist trainer I did a lot of research on waist trainers; I wanted to make sure I had the proper information and knowledge. I also read a lot of reviews and the theme stated the Ann Chery waist trainer runs small. I looked at the size chart and measured my waistline which is 27" and according to the size chart I should order a Med/34. I'm currently 5'2" 128 lbs and wear a Small in women's; I am also petite. I question by a woman around the same size as I am asking which size should she order, a few ladies recommended a size Med/34. I was torn bc I saw another post from a woman stating it was better to order by your shirt size you wear which I though made a lot of sense as well. Long story short I decided to order the Med/34 but once received I was able to put it on the 3rd set of hooks with NO problem. It fit exactly! The whole point of waist cinching is it to have a smaller waist line & to lose inches off your waist not for it to fit so I immediately returned the item bc it was too big. I decided to order the XSmall/30 bc if I ordered a size Small/32 the smallest my waist would be is 23" on the 3rd set of hooks considering 25" I had no problem fitting on the Med/34 which to me meant eventually I would end up buying another waist trainer if I decided to go smaller & I wanted to avoid spending more money on a 2nd one. So I bought the XSmall/30 to have that option of cinching my waist using the 1st set of hooks & deciding to go down to the 2nd set of hooks if wanted to go smaller in the future. Ladies the size chart is not accurate unless you are just purchasing to wear as a corset to pull in your waistline only for the time being. To the women who are waist training and looking for effects I would order a trainer 2-4 inches smaller than what your waist measurement is. Waist training isn't suppose to be comfortable, it is suppose to feel uncomfortable and tight (to a certain extent) bc that's how it works. You are suppose to wear the waist trainer at least 8 hours a day, recommended 11-12 hours a day to see results. I saw results after wearing mine for 12 & 1/2 hours a day the first 3 days and by the 4th day was able to latch it to the 2nd set of hooks. As the days went on it was easier to put on the 1st set of hooks and less uncomfortable to wear. The 1st day will be the most uncomfortable day. I don't plan on wearing the Ann Cherry waist trainer everyday for 12 hours bc I plan on working out in it as well. Between the combination of the 2 I should have results within 1-2 months time of how I desire my waist line to look. Disclaimer cinching your waist will draw your lower set of ribs in to some degree depending on how small you want your waistline which can be a health problem due to the effects of your breathing also they are not meant to sleep in which is also dangerous. Remember choose a size that is tolerable for you, for those who are waist training/cinching and not just using as a corset.

Good quality and authentic product! Im happy.
Good quality. This is the real product. I understand that some received knock-offs but this is the Ann Cherry waist cinched that is as advertised. Mine came and I noticed it said it was for longer torsos which is not exactly what I ordered being that I am 5'4" it took a little while to get on the first time but as soon as I got it on I looked much slimmer and my clothes fit me in a very flattering way. I am 5'4" and 125 lbs. I have 32 DD breast which can become irritated by the length of this cinched but if you wear a tank top underneath that helps. I usually wear size 4 in dresses and jeans and smalls in shirts/hoodies/other misc. clothing items and I ordered a small and it fits great. Just hard to get on the first time. I only wore for 1 hour the first day and increased to 4 hours the 2nd day. The quality of the hook and eye clasps are wonderful and you don't have to worry about them bending or ripping out because they are encased in latex. That being said, if you are allergic to latex or your partner or child is alergic to latex this would pose an obvious problem to you. And I wouldn't recommend this product because the latex does touch your skin in some areas and you will smell like latex until you shower it off. Overall I give this product 5 stars due to its authenticity, quality, and durability.

Good product, but not by itself
My husband did all the research and decided on the 3 hook, most comfortable, a cincher can get, before he made the purchase for me. With that said, here is my personal experience: Make sure the label is right-side up, just like you would put on a shirt with the tags on top. It does take a few minutes to get the hooks on, but don't give up. I tried until I got frustrated and sweating in the process. Make sure you fingers are nice and dry, no lotion, get the best grip and you'll find that finesse. Yes, it's tight and your boobs may be in the way, but I got it on. I felt like I couldn't breathe, but sure enough, I settled into it. With my stomach fully relaxed, at the largest part of my tummy was about 30 inches. I'm only 5ft and my usual waist line is around 27 inches and I'm trying to get it back to that size. After 4 days of wearing it to sleep each night, I was able to graduate from the first hooks onto the middle hooks. Mind you, this is the 3 hooks waist cincher that I purchased. I see a slight difference in my waist, so I wasn't sure if I stretched out the cincher or if it's really working. I only wear it right after work and during my sleep, so I can get at least a good 9 hours out of it each day. I work out twice a week doing legs and some ab workout, but I make an effort. I eat a healthy diet, which helps me stay fit too. So, I'm on day 15 and I am able to fit into the last set of hooks now. The tightest this medium cincher can get... I feel my waist is a bit smaller or else I wouldn't be able to fit at the last hook. My overall review-- It'll work, but not by itself. You still need to watch your diet, drink plenty of water, because you can sweat and lose water weight. The cincher is really good to redistribute your fat away from your stomach. I can definitely tell that I have a bigger butt and slightly larger hips, but that look is really good on me. I have to work out my butt and legs harder at the gym to maintain the tightness. The cincher also helps with your posture and you'll see what I mean... You'll have some flex room, but you will not slouch. I'm more petite, so the cincher sat closer to my lower pelvic bone, than in the pictures. I wish they had a shorter one made for more petite individuals or even people with shorter torsos. I found that wearing my cincher over a tight spaghetti strap with no bra is my most comfortable position. I had markings all over my body from my tank top and the tightness of my cincher, but they all go away. This should not be a painful process. Just readjust your cincher until you find whatever is comfortable... Good luck with your waist training.

Not bad. But not for me. Believe it can work for others.
I don't hate this cincher. I can see how people love it. This was a bit stiff. Not form fitting enough for me. The edges to me were kind of rough and pushes into the the skin. On my body and with my shape it did not push into the waist enough. I already kind of have the shape it's supposed to give but just want to lose inches. Not enough pressure in the waist area which is what it should be doing. At the same time it squeezes the ribs and hips too much. Not pushing the fat into the right areas. Its not high enough in the back to support the back. It also causes bad rib pain. It is good quality and sterdy except for the edges. It didn't work for me because of these reasons but I can still see how others like it. I can see it working for some. Just didn't fit me the way I expected. I do have another cincher that I like, is comfortable and did make me lose inches. Waist training does work. If this fits you the way you want and you are comfortable in it then I believe it will work for you!

Awesome, original, and true to size!
I've never owned a waist trainer, but I read this was a good one and let me tell you it absolutely surpassed my expectations! I'm about 190-200lbs (not sure because I haven't weighed myself recently and I had a baby 2 and a half weeks ago) 5ft 7in tall, and my waist measured 36 inches so I ordered an 2XL which is what the size chart recommended. I was hesitant at first because I thought it might be too big, but man am I glad I didn't go for the XL because my eyes would have been popping out if I had! I had a difficult time putting on the 2XL, but I managed to do it on the first hook so I'm hoping that as I lose inches and hopefully weight, I'll be able to graduate to the 2nd and 3rd hooks. As far as authenticity goes, I've never owned an Ann Chery waist trainer before, but this one seems completely original the hooks are nice and large (not those topical bra hooks) and it feels very reinforced. It does not smell bad like cheap plastic. And the fabric is thick and sturdy. So I'm guessing I got an original. This is the first day in trying it so we'll see how it holds up. More pictures coming soon...

Please, do some research before buying :(
Seemed like a great idea at first, ordered it unfortunately too small. Planned on exchanging it for a larger size but after doing some research on the effects of waist trainers, I decided to just return it. More importantly, I'd much rather use a healthier method (aka, eating fresh food, exercise, regular physical activity, etc.) to earn a sexy stomach. I hope this review could possibly inspire you to do some research and decide for yourself. These are very bad for your organs, and is only a temporary fix to give you a slimmer stomach (temporary, meaning while you actually wear it). Many doctors actually contribute the loss of core strength to waist trainers. There is no concrete evidence on the ability of waist trainer to change the shape of your body permanently or trigger fat loss. Furthermore, if the trainer is too small, or poorly placed, it could hinder your ability to breath normally and take deep breaths, it will push against your stomach which then pushes against your diaphragm which then results in reflux. Oh, and you can't forget the, "But using it while you work out will definitely work right???" question. No, that is completely wrong, the only thing it could possible help you with is if you have a post-pregnancy belly and are self-conscious about a jiggling belly and that is hinder your confidence while exercising. That's basically what this is. It's a girdle to slim away the rolls temporarily. Remember, this is not a CORSET. Those are two completely different things, that give the same unhealthy effects. Except corsets are extremely worse. Again, waist trainers leave no lasting effects on your waist size, shape, or appearance. You'll look slimmer while wearing it, but you'll have to deal with discomfort and health risks. If you want a sexy stomach, do core exercises like planks or twisting crunches, along with a healthy diet and lifestyle. Everyone is always looking for a cheat or quick fix to fitness. News flash, there isn't one.

Definitely Worth It!
I am so happy with this purchase. At first I was a little nervous that it was not going to fit right and that it would be uncomfortable. But I was pleasantly surprised on the durability, comfort and support. The first day it took me 5 minutes to put on and as soon as it was on, the fit was very snug and it actually felt pretty good. I was able to work out it (cardio, etc). Just can't do sit ups. It really holds you in and supports your back and posture. I am very pleased with it and I definitely recommend this product as it is true to size. Be sure to measure your waist correctly and go with that size . Also, I've read in some reviews that this has a strong odor, I didn't smell anything. Maybe a little bit of the rubber when I first opened the package but that went away after the first day and it doesn't smell at all anymore. I just wipe it down and hang it up after I come home from the gym. I will also wear it on the weekends when I'm at home cleaning. I've had it for about a week now and I hope to see a diffence in my waist in a month. I am now looking into to buying the fat loss/cellulite cream that I can wear under my faja. Want to do more research on it before I purchase. Thanks and hope this helps.
