Fantastic cream developer, I use it with the same brand bleaching powder. It makes a lovely, creamy mixture and mixes well. It didn't burn my scalp or neck (I have a buzz cut, so this was a bonus!) And didn't smell strong or overpowering. Hair was nice and soft when rinsed after 40 mins developing time, so very impressed. Extremely good value and economical too, and will definitely be repurchasing.
