How do you keep this clean after use

Hi there I use these for the gym. I just use shower gel and rinse out. However, I think they are quite small when it comes in the pack of 3. I would prefer if they had been in half.

I have received this item and they are flat not round. Will they open in water?

Yeh, mine were slightly flatter than the picture suggested. They opened up a little, but it hasn't been a problem in my eyes.
