The product quality meets more than expected the design and carvings are great sturdy product and the height of the product is quite impressive for the arm placement even during elbow pains it can be used as support and for posture pains relief really useful for pranayama as well, quality is worth the money paid

Awesome product....I have become enlightened just after a couple of uses. And since this is my final birth I have ordered a bunch of other stuff from Amazon just for the heck of it. My only complaint is that no Apsaras came to disturb my sadhana as promised by pauranic serials on tv. Was really looking forward to it. Deducting one star just for that.

This is a nice yoga prop to have for opening the nasal passages for the purpose of nadi purification alternate nostril breathing. At first I didn't think it worked, but after using it a few times I must have gotten it positioned correctly and it opened up my constricted nasal passage within minutes! For any yogi's and yogini's who have a seated meditation practice, I recommend this prop. P.S. I was delighted with the quality of craftsmanship as well. It is also Very nice for mantra yoga (japa yoga). It is just the right for holding your arm up while sitting on the floor, very useful to prevent fatigue. The wooden screw which fits into shoulder /elbow rest looks weak...with sudden fall may break(should have made strong. 2nd it looks 30 to 40 % overpriced 3rd design should be adjustable to the tune 5 to 6 inch for the use of a person of medium/large height

I'm not sure what I expected to receive, but I know what I wanted. I was prepared to receive pretty much anything at this price. What I got was nice solid wood, intricate carving for the post. The armrest part is even more attractive wood, very nicely polished with little leaves and vines in brass inlay. Ok, so the two woods are different; they go together nicely. The overall piece looks very nice, feels good and solid, and is very comfortable to use. Delivery from US to Switzerland was extremely fast, compared to many other things I order. The most important thing for me is that it has made a big difference in my meditation, and that's exactly what I wanted.

As a recently qualified Kundalini Yoga Master, this Yoga Stick is the perfect addition to my practices. Used by Great Masters of the past it can help with some postures and exercises, I mainly use this for Naam Simran while a Mala sits in my hand making the experience comfortable. I absolutely love the detailed design on the stick and highly recommend the product.

Bought forty of these for our yoga centre and students love them, use one every day for morning practice
