SONY PSP Playstation Portable Console JAPAN Model PSP-3000 Mystic Silver (Japan Import)

Had a Sony PSP years ago and never was able to finish some of the games that I had, I own a Vita and unfortunately the games I had are not available for it so I did some shopping around and came cross this PSP; the price was right...and it was a birthday gift to myself. It came with update 3.10 or close to that, updated it to 6.61 (make sure it's the Japanese update not the US or EU update as it could cause issues according to Sony). Downloaded a firmware mod for it along with cwcheat, the firmware hack is software only and resets to factory if you turn the system off but it does allow you to play other games and to have Gameshark like cheat codes. Figuring out how to get the system in to English took a bit of time as I don't speak or read Japanese but I managed after about 10 minutes, I popped in the memory stick pro reader and a 64Gb micro SD card into the system formatted it and loaded up a UMD game, worked flawlessly. I downloaded some games from the PS Store I had previously purchased like Lunar SSH and PS1 Classic Final Fantasy VII both worked great although I had to get them thru my PS3 as the PSP can no longer access the PS Store via the built in app. This just added an extra step but not a big deal. All in all it's a great product and I'm happy with my purchase.

I had to buy a new PSP when my slim PSP 2000 kept making problematic mechanical sounds so I got this. It makes way less noise than the one I owned and treasured for a while. The new PSP I currently receive is actually a used one from the seller Ichigo Ichie Japan. I was surprised how new it looked since I didn't see any kind of bad marks. US and Japanese games work and nothing was off as far as I can tell. It doesn't come with a memory card but I had one just in case. However, it does include charger for those who might need it. The packaging is nice since it's in a box with bubble wrap and even had a "fragile" kind of label to make sure it's not messed with by accident. A manual for the PSP is also included, which could be helpful for buyers who can read Japanese.

Device works just fine, however, description said "VERY GOOD CONDITION" and it's in FAIR CONDITION. I wish seller was more accurate on that. Lots of scratches in the back, Crack on the shell next to SONY logo. But it's OK, new shell should fix the problem.

Knowing that the PSP was region free, I was hoping to play my American games on this console. When I bought it, I powered it up and will mention that the control scheme is a little bit different so that threw me off a little bit. Instead of the X button to select things its the O button. But thankfully does work with USA games and can play multi tap mode no issue! Very happy with my purchase

System came with charging cord and memory card, but was missing a battery but easy fix, overall very good

A little different than the PSP I used to have in terms of button configuration but works perfectly and arrived sooner than I thought.

Really good. Not one scratch on the screen. Everything was packaged as advertised and was in working condition. The seller even added in an extra game. Would definitely buy from them again. Very impressed!

PSP is nice however the battery that comes with it doens't charge. Can only play beside a power outlet

Is most certainly a PSP-3000 in silver, functions properly, and came with charger, battery, and wall adapter. The condition was described as good. The PSP has chips in screen and numerous scratches that are distracting, three of the front corners have small chips out of them, numerous light scratches on the back covering the right side, and the PSP was clearly not well-taken care of. Multiple layers of buddle wrap were used in packing and arrived on the early side of the expectation. Additionally, the battery does not work and only can be played with the charger attached.
