Replacement for 3.2 Carrera
Bosch was the OE, and you can buy the Porsche name and pay the brand tax or you can get the same part for half the price. Not a fun install so replace both sensors and the CHT sensor while you’re at it if using on a Carrera 3.2 I read about these on Pelican, I believed, I installed myself, and the car now runs as it did before the issue. Proven.

German-Made Part Perfect Fit Replacement for 1994 Volvo 850 Turbo
This 'Made in Germany' part fit perfectly and was easier to install than it was to remove the original one in my 1994 Volvo 850 Turbo. Tips if you have to remove old-style black plastic-capped one: The original is made to a VERY tight tolerance. After you remove the two Torx bolts you may think there's something else holding it in but there isn't. Grab the two "ears" the best you can and try to spin it left and right while pulling on it. There isn't much to grab onto so it's tricky, but it'll eventually come out. The wiring harness is held to bracket with a metal retaining clip: after removing the distributor cap and airbox for working room, I pried it open with a screwdriver while pulling it toward the driver's side fender. With the old one out, it's a good time to make sure the camshaft seal isn't leaking.

Better than ordering from Pelican or 944online. Got it fast and works great.

Best sensor for the price
Search this part and you get results for BMW, but it will work IMO better than the OEM Porsche sensor. Hold them both visually compare them, it's obvious the BMW is a higher quality product. Installation is easy if you only remove the one bolt on the sensor, do not remove the bracket that holds the sensor. If you need help with any part of the process go to clark's garage .com they have a detailed tutorial with pictures.

Running good for months now....
My son's Volvo had a code identifying the cam position sensor being bad and would not start. Went through the troubleshooting steps to confirm, and, at the end, it started. It ran for a week and a half, and then wouldn't start again. Ordered this, installed, cleared the codes, and it's been fine for months now.
