This product does not contain shellfish. The ingredients are Marine Collagen Peptides (from wild-caught Pollock fish skin), Hyaluronic Acid, and Vitamin C, vegetable capsules.

Capsule size? I didn't know they come in different sizes! Just drink lots of liquids when you digest a capsule.
