The makeup-removing ability is fine, except when it comes to eye makeup. My mascara and eyeliner barely budged after three lathers and rinses. So, just use a dedicated eye-makeup cleanser before using this. The cleansing ability in general seems to do some deep cleaning since it left my usually bumpy nose smooth. This cleanser is also moisturizing; it didn't leave my skin feeling dry at all. It has a floral scent that's faint and unobtrusive. Not bothersome at all. I had to lather twice to remove my mineral sunscreen from my skin. The first lather just disappeared straight into my face, but the second lather was normal. Is this better than my $10 cleanser that I love? Yes, it actually is. First, the texture of this cleanser is beautiful. When you squirt it onto your hands, it's a gorgeous luxurious-looking cream. And now the important part: after I wash my face with this cleanser, my face just looks so much better. It doesn't feel dry at all, but it feels so much cleaner than when I use my $10 face cleanser. So, this has become my new go-to face wash. I recommend this cleanser. It took me some time to feel this way, but I recommend it.

This feels really soft on my skin while applying in the shower. This foams up nicely and removes my wife's makeup without a lot of effort. After application, our skin does not dry out. This is perfect for dry or sensitive skin. It's a very light weight cleanser that isn't overwhelming in smell. You do not need to apply a lot, a little goes a long way. A single tube should last a while.

This cleanser is... fine. It foams up nicely, smells pleasant (though a little strong if you're scent-sensitive), and doesn't strip my skin. That said, it’s nothing better than what I get from my usual Neutrogena Hydro Boost or a basic $10 drugstore cleanser. I love skincare and have used everything from Skinceuticals to Dermalogica, and this just didn’t feel like a standout in any way. If I hadn’t received it through the Vine program, I wouldn’t have paid $34 for it. It’s good—but not “high-end” good. If you’re looking for a gentle, nice-feeling cleanser and price isn’t a concern, it might be worth a try. But there are more practical options that perform just as well.

Love the look and feel of this cleanser. The formula is very moisturizing, almost like a lotion, but still manages to foam up and lather. The scent is really pretty with floral notes to it, but doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. I would recommend using a makeup remover prior to use, and then using the cleanser to wash any residue away from the skin.

This is a creamy, gel-like cleanser that feels more like a moisturizer than a soap - I actually checked to make sure it was a cleanser after I began using it (wondering if maybe I had picked up a wrong product to try). However, it's definitely a cleanser and it does the job well! I have combination skin and I've used this for a few weeks with no issues. My skin feels much more moisturized with this product than I normally do after cleaning my face. My skin definitely retains some moisture from it, which I've never had in a cleanser before. I'd recommend this to anyone wanting a gentle face cleanser, especially those with dry skin.

Together with my wife, we've used a lot of different facial cleansers, and we have our favorites. This Biotherm cleanser is about as perfect for us as the best that we have used. You don't need very much at all to create a soft foaming lather all over your face. It feels silky with a very mild pleasant scent going on. It's easy to rinse off but leaves your face feeling refreshingly clean (but not squeaky dry clean like chemicals have stripped all the oils off of your skin). We will reorder this.

Made in France, this cleanser is a luxurious treat. It comes in a tube of salmon pink with gold company name on the front. It smells wonderful, lathers well, and rinsed off easily. My face was left soft and moist. There was no irritation or stinging which can happen to me with scented products as my skin is sensitive.

I've tried this a few times, but just can't stand the strong scent. Also, this cleanser is very pricey when considering the fact that it doesn't leave my face feeling any more moisturized than my normal drug store brand.
