Nice flavor additive enhancer besides the nutritional value.

Taste good. Comes in flavor sealing container, which is more than I can say of other brands of similar price. Definitely worth the price. Has smooth, cheesy flavor. I prefer this one over Braggs. Plus, no additives. Don't think it gets better than this.

I use nutritional yeast a bit in cooking when I want dairy free cheese alternatives, but mainly as a popcorn topping. In that capacity this is much better than most because it's mostly powder with only some small flakes, so it sticks to the popcorn well. As someone who is sensitive to synthetic b vitamins I also appreciate that it's not fortified. I had to knock one star because the flavor isn't quite as good as the non fortified nutritional yeast I was using before, but the value for money is so much better I imagine I'll stick with this brand.

This unfortified yeast tastes fresh and the flavor is not strong. I did not know what to expect when I ordered it, but am pleasantly surprised at the quality. Will order again and hope the next batch is as good as this first one.

When whole foods changed their yeast packaging and doubled the price overnight, I stopped buying it. This is an acceptable dupe, the other yeasts I've tried on here are too flaky and sweet. This one is powdery, roasty, nutty, and cheesy. Let's hope they keep the price the same because I buy a container every month.

actually got this for my cats to replace the $59 worth of purina forti-flora that we use a month as sprinkles to get cats to eat... since nutritional yeast is suppose to make even the pickiest eater gobble their food down as well, i got this to replace it and well it did the opposite and made all of them not eat at all.. tried it myself to see what problem was and wow this stuff is super bitter which lingers in your mouth even with the smallest amount and after drinking water, it’s no wonder the cats wouldn’t eat with this on their food.. i was under the impression from reviews that this non-fortified brand wasn’t bitter like fortified versions but, the jug we received sure in the heck is..
