Much to my delight, my package arrived gift wrapped, early and with a sweet note. I did notice it coming fom a perfumery and I am so allergic to so many things these days including scents that I unwrapped it and put it the aromatic package in the trash asap. However, I opened the tin and to my delight was met with Heaven on Earth. That hand written note though touched my heart deeply. This is the sweetest customer service. Thank you so much! I will buy again and again.

It’s definitely a five star tea from France! A birthday gift for my son each year.

I have been a tea drinker for four decades. I drink Fauchon, Nina's, and Harney and Sons. So I tried the "Organic" Sublime Marriage Freres Marco Polo Tea. Terrible chemical smell in the tin and when brewed. Undrinkable and at the price {to enjoy it here in the US} unforgivable. So I checked the "organic" status and it is not actually verified that this Tea is Organic in France. So it is falsely labeled as "organic" and probably has a chemical flavor additive. To make matters even worse, they emailed me immediately saying they were issuing a full refund and then DID NOT issue a refund.
