Rubbermaid Commercial Heavy Duty 2-Shelf Utility Cart, Flat Handle, Flat Shelves, Small, Black (FG450589BLA)

I got this at a significant discount as it was a "return" but the box appeared to never have been opened as were the contents, so a new cart at a good discount. It has the typical Rubbermaid quality and assembled easily. My only wish might have been a color different than black.

It took me a bit to figure out which vertical members go where. There is no instruction sheet, just instructions printed on the flaps of the shipping box & these aren't in the best detail. The rotatable wheels go on the end w/ the top shelf handle. Once I got these figured out things went OK. I'd suggest if you have an electric screw driver, use it to attach the screws to the wheel plates. Hurt my hand doing it by hand. I tried to attach the top via the instructions: cart upright & placing the top from above. That didn't work so well for me. I turned it over, so the top shelf was upside down on the floor & the rest of cart was attached from above. That gave me an opportunity to use a razor to shave off the plastic "leavings" from the four top rounds that are to be placed into the four holes on the top shelf. Also, sprayed clear silicon lubricant on both the top rounds and the holes. That made everything work fine for me. Be sure to use a mallet and not a hammer to finish the placement of the top shelf.

Strong cart, but only 2 of the 4 casters rotate - makes it hard to maneuver around corners.

Nothing could be finer than to own this beautiful Rubbermaid cart. It should last the 26 years my other one did I mean it? I really should. I put high-end drywall cart wheels on it super heavy, custards non-rock stopping beauties with a little modification. This cart is now a cart on steroids, beautiful as functioning flat carts can be thank you Rubbermaid and thank you Amazon for a great price and quick quick delivery. Hooray for us.
