Very good question. Enzyme activity is reported in units of activity based on the method used to test the material. Different enzymes are tested by different methods that are specific to the enzyme. SU = Serratiopeptidase Units HUT = Hemoglobin Units on the Tyrosine basis PU = Papain Units GDU = Gelatin Digesting Units “mg” is a measure of weight, there are 1000 mg in 1 gram and there are approximately 28 grams in one ounce.

The pills are no bigger than a round Tylenol tablet. Very easy to swallow.
