I have thick calluses that grow on the underside near the ball of my left foot. Similar products I have purchased, only provide a tiny medicated patch. These come with a little larger than dime size medicated patch, and a large sticker patch that covers the medication. It usually takes about 2 applications (within a week of each other). Then the next week, the skin becomes hard and loosens around the edges. It’s easy at this stage, to peel the skin back and clip off the dead skin with sterilized nail clippers. I have included a photo of the smaller medicated patches that usually come in callous remover kits on the left, and (for comparison purposes) the larger medicated patches that come with this kit on the right. The second picture is the covers with sticky edges; these help the medicated patch stick, and stay in place until the salicylic acid absorbs into the skin.

the pad that goes over the wort med. does not stick very well,I have to use duck tape to keep it from comeing off.If your feet get sweety the pad will come off,that is why i use tape.

Good product, priced right and delivered fast

I wanted to get rid of a large, stubborn callous on the bottom of my big toe. It was just thick and not painful. After applying this product as directed, when I peeled it off, some little parts of the callous came off, leaving some raw, "wounded" spots while the rest of the callous remained solid. I guess I will try it another time after the "wounded" parts heal and see if repeated treatments will work.-- Update 8 months later -- I found this review of mine upon looking to re-order as nothing else has really worked either. What happened was that the further treatments with this same product worked the same way, kind of messy but at least somewhat effective in making the dang thing smaller and less painful to walk on.

These do not stick to your skin so they remove nothing. Waste of money.

Awesome! Pads relieve pressure. Medicine dissolves callous.

Didn't work for me. Applied the whole pack on one callus, hoping to have it disappear, but noticed very little progress . Bought some callus removal gell and it worked great with one application. The bandages are thick on these but you can remove the thick outer part and use it as a standard bandage. They don't stay on so bandage tape is needed to keep it on.
