My husband and I love this watch best couple watch ever .look very classy and elegant but mine was a little too big but it also comes with the adjustable pin so you know I literally have nothing to worry about it definitely worth the price

Watches are Beautiful/feel expensive
Customer Service: I messaged the seller today 11/8 for reasons listed in my review below. I have been holding off on doing this as I am the type to try and fix the problem rather than complain. I was just going to take the watch in to get fixed, buy a battery or just hope it magically fixes itself LOL. I will probably still do the first 2, however, I wanted to let the seller to be aware My husbands watch is perfect looks and works beautifully. Mine however, worked fine for the first week maybe a day shy then the second hand stopped, I would reset the time and sometimes it would get it to work again but only for at most a whole day then it would stop. I have not got it wet, and I am careful to use it in settings that don't require heavy activity/sweating. It's so frustrating because I love this watch and it clashes beautifully with my office attire and dresses up my casual attire. Review on the band- This is more for my ladies who have a bigger wrist and are apprehensive about buying watches for this reason, TRUST ME I GET IT, this was my fear too. As I have a wider bone structure I do not have tiny wrists , this watch's band was designed with big wrists in mind, I actually have to remove 2-3 links to get it comfortably snug, and the watch comes with the tool needed for that.
