2.5" to 3.5" Internal SSD/HDD Mounting Kit, Metal Bracket Adapter with SATA 3.0 Cable

They were so many to choose from, so I went with "AMAZON CHOICE" Bracket Kit. IT turned out real Good as the KIT is First Rate. I know that other reviews have said that it is flimsy. It may not be up to Battleship Standards but, it will hold either a 2.5"/3.5" Drive just fine. Look the 2.5" Nano Drives are feather light and this Bracket is solid and it will hold them with no problems. The Chrome Plated Screws are also first rate and the SATA III 6GB. cable that comes within the Bay is Good enough for my money. ALL in ALL, this is a GREAT KIT.

Now I’m a computer scientist so the difficulty level is different. Easy to install obviously. Works great. Holds the drive in the correct place and doesn’t rattle around. Good price.

This mounting kit worked just fine. Someone gave a 2.5" SSD that I wanted to add it to my HP Desktop computer. I was able to do so and this Mounting Kit made it possible.

I bought this to mount a 2.5 SSD in a Dell Optiplex 7010. It fit in the carriage for the 3.5 opening, but I had to ream out the screw holes, so the hard drive pins would snap in. The cable was perfect, since the original SATA cable was too short.

Worked as advertised. Sure you could get a mount, cable, screws etc separatly but for everything all in one is handy. And for those who've commented that the screw holes were in the wrong location, had to drill out, well they must have had the drive attached to the mount backwards. The screw holes are placed correctly so as to mount in a standard 3.5in drive bay. Used 4 of these in 3 different cases with no issues.

I bought these to fit a 2.5" SSD into a 3.5" holder in a Dell PC build I was adding to. They worked perfectly well and were quite cheap, to boot. There's not much more to say, other than that everything fitted great. They were well made, well finished and ideal for what I needed them for. If I need these in the future then I will most certainly purchase them. Thanks.
