Great product. Great price.
Absolutely love this cleaner! Smells great. Cleans well. It's my go to cleaner for hats surfaces, fabric refreshing, and carpet cleaning. One gallon concentrate lasts a long time.

Wow! Works great with difficult to eradicate smells
We are remodeling an old house. The basement gets damp on the east wall and floor and it has been smelling musty for a while. It's an unfinished basement made from field stone. The only amenity it has is a concrete floor. It is under 300 square feet, so it basically just houses things like the furnace and hot water heater. Nothing is stored in it, but it has some dust and debris along the edges that need to be swept up. It's hard to sweep up damp debris. I got a small household dehumidifier to run, which helped a little (and it is still running) with controlling some humidity, but there was still a strong musty smell. Then I bought these great air purifiers from Amazon during the last sale. I put them in the basement, but they did not do much to get rid of the mildew, so I moved them to other parts of the house. They worked fine in other rooms to freshen the air in those rooms and reduce the dust. Two things have finally resolved the original problem of the damp, musty smell: 1. An XPower 1/4 HP centrifugal fan (also sold on Amazon) that advertises itself for carpet drying and water damage restoration, among other things. We don't have carpet in the basement, but this thing was amazing. It moves A LOT of air, We set the timer for it to run for 3 hours, and after doing that for 2 or 3 days, it has made a huge difference. You might need more than one for a larger area, but this has worked tremendously. 2. Odoban. I cannot tell you have many deodorizers/disinfectants/cleaners we tried. Many were okay, but had no lasting effect and didn't entirely fix the mustiness. Some were ordered from specialty websites and were fairly expensive. They helped slightly, but not as much as hoped. Then we tried Odoban. Certainly nothing that is easy to get and is inexpensive can help, right? Well, it had great reviews so we might as well try it. We ran the fan for a few days, then I mixed the Odoban to the maximum disinfecting solution, added it to a half-gallon sprayer with a battery powered trigger (nothing fancy, no fancy equipment) and sprayed the east wall and around the eastern edge of the floor, which is where it gets damp frequently. The Odoban smells very pleasant while spraying. After spraying, it was the end of the day, so I locked up and went home and let the Odoban sit on the problem areas. Then next day the mustiness was pretty much gone. I ran the powerful fan for another 3 hours to make sure things were completely dry. I still haven't completely cleaned up the debris along the edge of the floor yet, but the smell hasn't been back. Finally, the miracle I was looking for. Also, it seems there was a plumbing problem at some point, as the floor behind the toilet on the first floor stank like urine. I sprayed that with a few different things - even straight laundry bleach - and it helped for a while but came back quickly. I hit it with the Odoban and it hasn't been back yet. Yes, still a lot of work to do, but this Odoban has really done the trick in making it a more pleasant environment to work in. Smells are eliminated, at least over the least few weeks. You no longer wonder why it smells so musty when you walk in the door. We are just thrilled with Odoban for eliminating stubborn smells. It helps that it is a disinfectant, as it likely kills a number of organisms that cause foul odors.

Removes dog smell! Finally a product that works!
My basement carpet constantly smells of dog and when I use regular cleaners it comes right back. This cleaner is amazing and hands down the best cleaner to remove odors. The smell is not overbearing (I ordered eucalyptus). I highly recommend this product for effectiveness and the pricing for the quality of this cleaner is impressive! I will be reordering again and again, this is my new go-to!

OdoBan Disinfectant Concentrate
I don't know why I waited so long to buy this! It has a clean, fresh scent that's not overpowering and several uses that I wasn't aware of. I have a spray bottle of this to use for freshening the furniture (I have a big stinky dog and a cat). When I straighten up, I give a light spray to pillows, blankets, the whole couch, really! And it's effective in keeping things smelling fresher, longer. I also found that I can add it to laundry, like the stinky dog blankets. It's recommended putting it in place of the fabric softener. That works, no doggy smell. I've also used it with the wash so that I can use fabric softener. That worked too. I've used it on cleaning jobs and people always remark how fresh and clean everything smells after I've been there. And the bonus is that this is also a disinfectant! There's so many functional purposes for this, how did I ever manage without it!

This is the one!
Edit again. Just ordered a 3rd time. I read a review on one of their other products that said that product was ok - but the original disinfectant was better. I still bought that product. With this new purchase though- now, I get it. I agree with that review, wherever it was, this one is a tough one to beat. I can see how some like the smell and others think it’s cloying. Personally, I don’t think it’s bad. It’s also not my favorite either. Other scents are available. But I’m impatient, and the scent is refreshing and clean smelling enough for me. And maybe this one is the best smelling out of them all, which was an opinion I did read in another review.. However, if they came out with this in a scent, something more along the lines of Mrs Myers basil or lemon verbena or more closer to the likeness of their scents, I might be more inclined to try that out. This, as it currently is though, is as close to perfect as I have been looking for, and I do like the scent.. As perfect as it is.. There are a few things about it that I wish I had known. Only so I had a better idea of how quickly I was going to go through it. Especially when most reviews stated a little goes a long way. Well it does. But it depends largely on how and what you use it primarily for. For urine or biological messes on fabrics being laundered- I pre treated with a spray bottle using a 50/50% solution, diluting the cleaner in equal parts with water. Then when I put the fabric in the washer, I used 8oz non diluted cleaner poured directly into where the fabric softener goes, instead of using fabric softener. But I did still add fabric softener. I’m going to try it with out it next time I use it for the wash. Or you can add it to the final rinse yourself if you remember to do that sort of thing. This is very effective on both stains and odors in the wash - And I really thought I was going to need to rewash a small load that I was sure I didn’t get to in time and figured it would take at least 1 more wash if it did work, and debated on if it did require a second wash- it’s possible that nothing can be done and was prepared to throw it away. Instead. I was amazed that it was ready to simply throw in the drier. No trace or even a hint of any bad smells. And most stains. Even old ones were gone. Although I did use a healthy amount of oxyclean powder, and detergent, mostly dissolved in hot water first and then poured into the clothes/wash directly in my top loader washer. (Personal preference of mine to do it that way. (What works for me, might not for you), even though the directions instruct to add before you add your clothes.) *** So adding a disclaimer- Dont do what I describe. I’m not giving you directions on what to do and I’m not giving any advice on how to use the product. *** Please follow the directions on whatever products you use. *** If you do try anything I describe that is different than how the products manufacturer instructs how to use the product, or maybe even advises specifically against what I’ve described to do, and you still do it, please realize: *** It’s at your own risk. I’m not advising you to do anything. *** This review is informational only. *** Not Instructional. *** This review is NOT educational. *** I’m not responsible for your choice in how you want or choose to use the product. Especially if the manufacturer advises against or the instructions are different than how you choose to use the product. *** Always read the instructions and follow them for yours and others safety and to avoid the risk of property damage and prevent potentially voiding any warranties that may be affected.. Back to what I was saying… It is very effective in the wash. However, it requires using a lot more of it than I thought it would. But it can still be cost effective, if you use it instead of using fabric softener, it is used in the final rinse- 8oz not diluted - either add in where the fabric softener is supposed to go, or add to the water directly when the final rinse has mostly filled - to make sure it’s distributed evenly and not concentrated on just a couple items. Also as a cleaner, I prefer using an even half product half water ratio. I use it mostly for pet messes and as a stain remover and as a laundry sanitizer. Because we are naughty pet owners. I can’t blame the animals. The dog had been waiting patiently, but the last one minute, was one minute too long, and because the cat protests when the litter box is not being attended to as often as it should be. So this is the all in one product I’ve been looking for. Until I find one better. I’m open to suggestions. But, I’ve tried many products before this one. And so far I’m already planning to order again, because I really don’t want to run out of it. But I sure do go through this type of product very quickly. But if I follow the recommended dilution - it seems weak, and I can’t smell it. I feel like I have to be able to smell it, for it to be effective. Which I realize is not the most logical thought. I accidentally bought the regular 3n1 carpet again. I meant to buy the pro grade 3n1carpet. I still plan on trying other products when the budget allows. I think testing these types of cleaners has now become a habit. But we’ll just call it a hobby. That sounds better.

Good but not good for drainage
