Bought this for 9 year old Chicago grandson for Jan Bday. First time snowboarding... He LOVED this! And he was able to figure it out pretty quickly. His 13 year old sister fell in love with it as well and asked for one for her birthday. Because of the velcro - any size shoe can snowboard. Also it's hard wood w/ a cool design- great for beginners and weekend fun.

My granddaughter loves it! Great entry level snow board. Inexpensive and no special boots needed, the adjustable straps fit over snowboots and allow for either right or left foot forward.

The snowboard got here quickly and looks mostly as advertised but there is a chunk of wood missing by the hole and scratches on the other end.

Great introductory board for the price. Slides well on large and small amounts of snow. I’d let your child practice on a slight slope first as this does pick up speed quickly. Overall very satisfied with our purchase

Bought for young teen. Perfect 1st snowboard to determine if they even liked it. Definitely not a resort snowboard and the description confirms that. But great for local hills. Better than spending $100+ for something the kid may nor use after 1 snow storm. Shipped in great shape.

Bought this for my 8yr old. It's well made, sturdy. Straps are adjustable. All his friends were asking to try it. Great for beginners.

This board is awful. Hardly makes it down the hill and the wood scratches so easily. Does not maneuver easily either. Going back to plastic if I can find in bigger size.

This is a thick piece of wood with velcro straps attached. Any kid that is interested in snowboarding will VERY quickly outgrow this board, and I was aware of this when I purchased it. If your child is big enough for a real board, I would definitely suggest looking for a rental from a local shop instead of this. 1, it's INCREDIBLY stiff. It's significantly stiffer than any of my boards, including my stiff charger. 2, it's very thick. It's literally thicker than my normal 164 board. 3, the thing is heavy. It's going to make learning to turn really hard (ignoring the fact that it has no edges. Only reason I got this board was to see if my daughter wants to try it, and her feet are too small for the boots available locally to rent.
