The product has many benefits: I bought this product for my parents who both have Diabetes and B.p. They mostly have body ache problem. 1)This set has different items, like mat, roller, ball, which can be used on legs, hands and back 2) It can be carried anytime, anywhere and use it without much preparation. They totally love it. And it has helped them have some good as well. 3) Must try if you have long working hours and don't get the time for relaxation and massages. 4) The price is so affordable that you can give it a try.

All items were intact and without any damage. I had written has 2 items not received in seller's feedback. Later I learnt that my son had opened and kept them aside. Sorry for the wrong feedback. The acupressure rings are also with good quality and elasticity. Should we very useful for the entire family. Very happy about the product & very good value for the money
