No it didn’t Leave a film on my hair..

Q: How long does it take for your hair to dry? (Minutes / hours)

Once I remove the towel, my hair is only lightly damp and takes maybe an additional 5 -10 minutes to dry naturally. I do apply product and then lightly scrunch, to enhance waves. I have medium length, fine, but wavy hair and do not want to use heat on my hair. This towel absorbs better than others I have tried.

Q: Can the hair towel be used over curlers. as a short-cut hair women, i used curlers to curl my hair. can it be used over & hold over curlers?

I would believe so. May not button depending on how big the curlers
