No it doesn't come with the handles. This kit includes some very thin stamped metal that won't hold a load of pillows! Save your money and go elsewhere

Q: Does it come with wedges for handle mount to Barrow

Yes, I believe it does. But, I didn't use mine. You can have them if you want them. Black ABS plastic.
