Sophia's 27 Piece Sweet Treats & Soda Fountain Accessories Set with Pretend Drinks and Realistic Desserts for 18" Dolls, Multicolor

Much cuter than expected. Packaged nicely as a gift. Perfect for 18in and 14in dolls. I was able to get this on sale, if it was regular price, the price point would have been too high.

I have read many of the negative reviews in trying to make a decision on if I should buy this set. I have bought several other food sets from Sophia's and have always been pretty happy. The only dig I have in regards to any of the sets is they send you silly paper napkins instead of springing for some fabric. To be fair, American Girls does the very same thing and they charge a ton more. In regards to the size being small, it's not. In fact, it is at least an inch taller than the orange juice pitcher AG includes in their breakfast set. I think this one is much more appropriately sized for the 18 inch dolls. The very visible seam that runs down the front of the pitcher is EXACTLY like the one that runs down the front of the AG orange juice pitcher. I would suspect they are made in the very same factory. The lemonade glasses are adorable and the same height as the AG milk glasses from the crock pot set. Realism and quality are at the top of my list when considering a purchase. I want to feel my purchases are an investment that will last. I have purchased a good number of AG and Sophia's products and I think they are both great. In fact, I would have to give the nod to Sophia's in almost all comparisons. Now if they would start selling entrées and vegetables so the dolls aren't forced to eat sweets so often, our family would be really really happy. Buy this set - you will love it!

We ordered these fun size pretend cakes for our daughters 18 inch doll Dec. 2014. It is now March 2016 and these things are still in tact and as colorful as the day she received them. The are pretty small but the right size for the average size hands of a child ranging in 4 - 7. You should be careful with these around children 3 and under. The detail on them are pretty marvelous so some smaller children may mistake them for the real deal. It's made of a thick solid plastic, not hollowed out at all. It comes with 8 pieces as stated and in an assortment of colors and shapes. They are very well worth the purchase if your little one loves pretend tea time. My girls absolutely love this product. The plastic is hard plastic not the thin bendable type. The colors are very bright and well pain ted on. It seems like the quality you would Get from American Girl and that's hard to find. It came with everything pictured. And for the price I thought that was a great deal. It seems these days everything is over priced and cheaply made. NOT THESE! I felt like I was getting something worth my money. And that my girls can play with and enjoy. This is a great Great gift for those girls who like thier dolls. I would buy from this company again.
