Very good smoker and easy to put together. It is well made and does the job well. Nice idea to supply some wood chips to get you started.

Smokey smoker
It smokes the food alright but it gets very sooty and takes some time to clean-up afterwards. I have owned a smaller and better smoker but couldn't find one this time around.

Excellent trout smoker
Very easy to set up and use but not so easy to keep clean so I just don't bother as it's used outside for trout smoking which cook perfectly every time. Clearer instructions would be good but plenty of websites are available if you need them

Don't expect what's in the picture to actually turn up
The smoker looks fine, and I feel sorry for the people who said they needed more instructions, it takes about 2minutes to put it together, if that. My only issue is with the FREE wood chips. Don't expect what's in the picture. I received about a cup full in a posty bag. I asked to have the rest sent, but basically got told, what am I moaning about it's free. My issue is that it's pictured, but that's not what you receive. So if like me you are thinking of buying it because it looks like it comes with a good quantity of free wood chips, then think again.
