My husband wore this shirt to a destination wedding in Mexico and he looked great!

These run big.. I keep pot ordering wrong sizes as I bought everyone shirts... large you need to buy medium medium you need to buy small xlarge medium or large

The navy blue, size large guayabera arrived as advertised. The navy blue color is true as depicted. The shirt looks very nice. Fabric is thin enough to be cool, but nkt too thin, just right. Cant see skin through shirt. The sizing is full cut. I have a 16 1/2" collar size, wear a size 44 sport coat, and usually an XL shirt. A few hawaiian shirts that I have are size large and fit me well, being a full cut, loose fitting style. The guayabera I purchased fits me well in a large size. Because comments said these shirts run larger, I bought one size smaller than my usual size extra large (XL), ordering the large (L) size, which fits well, not being too tight, but slightly and properly loose. My only other comment, which may change, particularly after washing, is that the shirt appears slightly long. Also, since I'm not sure how a traditional guayabera is cut and worn in latin countries, this observation could be wrong. At least its not too short. I'm happy with the styling and the price was right. I'm glad I bought the shirt.

I have ordered two of these Guayabera shirts so far, light blue and light grey. The colors are similar to those pictured on Amazon, but not as vibrant. The sizing is as expected, keeping in mind that this style of shirt is meant to be worn loose. I'm 6'1", about 215 lbs., and normally wear a large in any style shirt so that's what I ordered with these as well. They fit loosely, but not too big. Like I said, this style shirt is meant to be a little loose fitting. The length is perfect. The light blue one is very close to the color pictured, just not as bright. The light grey one is a lighter grey than pictured, but similar. I was a little disappointed with how light the grey color was when it arrived, but my wife likes the color so it's a keeper. The quality of these shirts is decent. A few loose threads, but not bad at all. What I love is they fit well, they are comfortable, and the price is right. I absolutely plan to buy more in different colors.

The shirt looks great and fits perfectly. My husband is 5'5", weights 191 and he bought XL because he's a big wide on his shoulders.

Beware, the sizing is NOT correct for this item. We ordered the shirt according to the measurement chart. It was too small across the chest (fits everywhere else, the buttons gap). So, I reordered in the next size up (first order was 2XL, second order was 3XL). When it arrived, the 3XL was even smaller than the 2XL!!! I have returned the 3XL, but since the shirt is for a special occasion and there isn't time to keep reordering one size up followed by one size up followed by one size up...I will have to alter the 2XL shirt to try and get it to fit. As to the shirts construction, it is well made and very nice material. Just beware of the sizing!

This is the classic “Mexican Wedding Shirt” that so many of the men I grew up around wore. Now I have one.

The shirts fit well and the colors were great. The problem is the workmanship. The embroidered strips that run down the front of the shirts are mostly not straight. When the pockets were sewn on they were placed crooked so the line is way out of kilter. All four packets are this way so it was not just a mistake, it is part of the manufacturing process or no quality control, I was so pleased with the color and the fit I ordered 4 more in different colors. I will keep the shirts and wear around the house and neighborhood because i like the colors and fit. It is ashamed there is no quality control. The last one I received was missing a button in addition to a lot of loose threads. I will wear the shirts, but not in a social setting. they are comfortable for someone in isolation due to social distancing due to the current pandemic. What a shame NO QUALITY CONTROL.
