I personally never like suction based mobile holders, Delhi heat wreaks havoc on my dear phone and it just doesn't make sense to have another thing sticking onto my windscreen- the poor thing already is a canvas for everything from society parking stickers to office passes and whatnot.The clamp material is sturdy and fits snugly into the CD slot once screwed in (one argument against it might be that it would spoil the CD slot, but nowadays those are not used that much anyway). I have been using the U shaped phone holder to grab my phone, the magnetic mount is a good option too for those who use phone cases and don't use wireless charging.One slight drawback might be that fact it it can support only phones, and not tablets (it would have been sublime if i could use my iPad for navigation mounted with this on the longer trips, but tbh the car stereo interface would have anyway been inaccessible in that scenario- with a phone it all just fits together).Coming to the U shaped holder, I initially had doubts on it's grip as the spring mechanism was not too tight but it has not disappointed at all so far- it has this rubbery coating all along the inside which makes sure that the phone doesn't slip.The magnetic plates and mount provided are of excellent quality too- you'd hardly have issues with the quality of materials as Ringke is an internation brand and among the better known ones when it comes to phone accessories.Of course the one thing that could be said about the price is that it should've been about 800, but if there had to be any (slightest) justification to the price it would be that the brand is a well known one.Verdict: Functional product, pretty classy too.

Works well. I found it slightly thick with the stickers for my cd slot. But managed to put it in. Now its not going anywhere. Very sturdy. Magnetic attachment works fine too. Would recommend highly. I feel it's still a bit overpriced. But it solved my problem, so it's okay.

The Product is Great n Sturdy as well as Well built but the Lock Screwer Feels It mah break if over tighten as it Gets Loosen After a week's time n u need to tight from the Main Slot however multiple options available so good but feels on an Expensive side From Ringke

Build quality very good, holds the mobile and CD drive very nicely, no matter how bad is road or how big is jerk mobile doesn't displace in any direction or any angle. Been using it for almost 3 months now (approx 5000 KMs traveled)and I travel a lot. Best results till now. Haven't tried the magnetic holder yet. But I am very much satisfied. A little expensive for mobile holder but than you get the quality, and once purchased you will forget about price and enjoy your ride worry free.

I have always struggled to find the right phone holder for my car. None of them worked well or stayed for long. I bought this after reading several positive reviews on Amazon. Day 1-3 worked fine , stayed well even with small jerks now and then, but then after a week, I found it slipping out of the socket the moment the phone is fixed. I used it with an iPhone 12, this no longer holds the weight of my phone. Keeps falling off. I regret to have spent a lot of money on this. It’s not worth the price I feel. I will NOT recommend this product. Now it is just another piece of waste lying around useful for nothing. The magnet though, is very good!

Superb. Finally a car phone mount that works flawlessly and is convenient. I stuck the included steel strip inside my phone case (Rubberized PU case) which the magnet holds perfectly. The CD slot in my car is redundant & unused so it’s the ideal spot for this holder imo. All in all this is the first car phone holder solution that I’m completely satisfied with.

By far, this is the best cd slot mobile mount i've come across. It is sturdy & well built. Both the clamp and the magnet holder are of good quality. Ringke actually puts in a lot of effort into their product to match consumer requirements. Definitelt recommended. Worth every penny. Delivery by amazon, of course, remains undisputed.

Nice concept and design. Undoubtably the best CD slot clamp. But overall its a 50/50 kind thing. It works well for what its made for but it either looks ugly or right in the way at time. If you'd prefer something like this without a doubt go for it. But practically there are obviously better ones out there.

Love this! Works Great! Bought 2, and the CD slot mount fits very securely in both cars' CD slots. I used the rubber pieces as directed in the instructions. I had previously purchased a CD-slot car holder using the same type of "clamp" as this one, and loved it, but that company doesn't sell them anymore. So I looked and found this one (which also has the magnetic holder option). I have tried both the clamp holder and magnetic holder on this one, and they both work great, but the magnetic holder is my favorite of the two. I hope this company continues to sell this CD-slot car phone holder. IT IS GREAT!!!

J'ai acheté ce produit pour la première voiture de mon fils et depuis mon achat plus de 6 mois aucun souci ça tient bien mieux que ce que j'avais acheté avant pour ma femme et moi...Dès que les nôtres comensseront à donner des signes de fatigue, je n'hésiterai pas à acheter celui-ci pour nous !
