51-26192-01 - Rheem OEM Replacement Furnace Blower Motor 115 Volt

The motor is about 1 inch longer than the original motor. That is adjusted by different screw holes in the bracket. The wirings have to be cut and manually connect. Fits and works perfectly fine. Great product. No need to buy the original specs that would cost $600. Besides, it was delivered 2 days early.

Perfect fit

This motor bolted into my furnace, but be careful: the motor case is a good 1-2" longer than mine, and the shaft is 2" longer than my OG motor, making installation back inside the furnace a challenge.The wiring is different, mine was a simple 3-wire connection, whereas this motor has wiring for rotation, 4-speeds, and the startup capacitor, WHICH YOU WILL NEED TO ORDER SEPARATELY.Aside from that, it works great, it's just not an OEM replacement.

North American HVAC are a great supplier. Very responsive and quick to ship and get your product on the road !! The motor itself however could do with a minor redesign - the opening in the housing for the cables conflicts with mounting bracket holes for Rheem 90 plus furnace. The attached photo shows the bracket in the lowest position but if you need to move it up (which I did, to fit inside enclosure…), then the bracket sits over the cables, adding stress to the power cables after screwing the bracket down. Not ideal. Could be easily resolved by moving the housing cutout a few inches either side. Other then that, performs well.

All of the mounting holes and cables aligned perfectly and plugged in exactly as previous unit. Runs quiet.
