I started with the Marrow and now also take Trachea, Beef Liver, Living Collagen, Colostrum, Thyroid and Adrenals. I just started today the Intestines/Tripe as well. Well, I want to let you know that not only did I NOT break out but my skin has never looked and felt better! Along with the collagen, it has improved my skin to the point that it is as soft and radiant as my infant daughter’s baby skin! :) Also, just like your other products, your colostrum is the REAL deal because even starting with one, I started having herxheimer reactions. I am taking Liver, Bone Marrow, Collagen, Kidney and Thymus. I have had many health issues that started during my pregnancy with my fourth child (24 years ago). I felt like my body completely changed and I have had one health issue after another. If I had a day where a felt good that was very usual for me. I just learned to accept feeling terrible and being sick all the time. In August I developed eczema on my hands, a candida/fungal infection on my chest and hives from head to toe.
