We needed extra spiral rods for perms and my co worker had said they don’t make these type any longer. Lol, well she was wrong, but she was happy to be so. These work great and with perms coming back into style we are happy to have them!!!

I was sent rods that have already been used on someone’s hair. Look closely at my pictures for all the hair inside the bag. So unsanitary! I am a licensed professional stylist and this is against state board laws. Hair must not be in a bag of supposed clean perm rods.Also they are really little, the loop is very small as is the diameter. You will never get a strand of long hair on these. These are only good as fillers on maybe super short pieces around the face or nape area.I’m still grossed out over the hair still wrapped around the rods. Returning.

I’ve done a couple perms with these now and MY biggest complaint is that the ends are falling off after use. I lose 2-4 rods with each perm.However, they definitely take some getting use too, and my guests both complained about how heavy they became by the end.

Definitely not 5/8". More like 1/2".
