Great Item
We got a new dog and this seemed perfect. Read a good number of reviews and there’s always going to be bad ones however we the good out weighed the bad so we chose to get it. The size, durability, and the pass through door won us over. We’ve had for it for 2 weeks and so far it lives up to all of the good reviews we based this purchase off of. One of the best features is the ability to alter the shape which allowed us to make it fit perfectly in our family room and we can remove or add sections if needed. I do wish it had a door so us humans can easily get in and out. In the review I gave it 5 stars for sturdiness and 5 for easy to clean however I gave it 4 stars for easy to assemble. I did that because it’s a bit awkward at first trying to figure out the assembly and move the sections however after the first couple of sections you end up getting it. My wife and I bought the 8 panel unit and we’re considering buying additional sections. Great product, priced very well compared to others, very durable.

Sturdy and spacious
We have an 8 yr old 10 lb pug. We rescued him and we believe he has never been potty trained - too late now, so this gate system set up in our living room allows him to still be part of the family when he can't be watched every second. We did get a large washable puppy pad and it's perfect. The gate is very easy to set up, just snaps into itself. It can be made into square, rectangle, or whatever shape with ease. The doggy door works using magnet - though we don't give him the option to use it. It is a very sturdy set up. Eddie the Pug likes to jump up on the side to 'look around' - yes, he can see just fine without jumping, but he's a happy boy that wants / deserves attention. Anyway, the fence holds up plenty fine, every now and then we have to re-snap it back to it's rectangle form, but it never comes apart no matter how excited he gets. I recommend this product!

Awesome and Roomy!
This puppy pen has been fantastic! The walls have flex so when the puppies crash into them while playing they don’t break. I got the 8 panel. For reference, the pups pictures are Japanese Chins and are approximately 3 lbs at the moment. Set up was fairly easy. Just be patient and gentle when you bend the walls into place. I think too much force would have broken the hinges, but I was gentle and it put together after some patient tweaking and bending. If you are curious about the set up, the floor is lined with some tarps from the dollar tree. On top of that are washable pee pads that are brown with the paw prints. Then I have the 22x23 disposable pee pads in the far corner. I also lined up a puppy crate against the pet door for a small den. I strapped up the lid with a large bungie cord. Folded rectangular like the photos, size is approximately: Length 8 ft x 2” Width 2 ft x 9” or 33”Wx 69”L Overall very happy with this purchase. Gives me peace of mind knowing they are safe and have plenty of room to play around while I’m away.

Perfect for us... for now!
We bought this to keep a puppy penned up while he learns where NOT to do his business. It works exactly as it's needed to, though we don't have it connected to itself. By not connected to itself, I mean, we have one end stuck between the couch and a crate, and the other end is against the wall about 8 feet away, propped in place with a chair. For now, the puppy is small enough that he can't bounce it out of place, or push it over, but I know as he grows, we'll have to adjust and connect it back to itself for more stability. My kids LOVE the dog door, since they can coerce the puppy to come out easily without jumping in, but I like that I can lock the doggy door and it keeps him securely in the pen when I am not there to keep an eye on him. The only con to this that I have is that it's actually pretty hard to get the panels to bend to the degree that you want them to. They have to click lock on both the upper and the lower connectors for each panel, and sometimes, trying to get these to open to the same place is bordering on crazy. On top of that, it's SO LOUD when you click them that it terrifies the puppy and he runs off to hide. Oh well. Healthy fear of a wall never hurt anyone. :) It's definitely not a showstopper for us, I just wish there was a better way to do it.

Saves my sanity!
I have a small Bichon puppy. This has saved my life as it gets him out from under my feet and he isn’t stuck in a dark kennel. You can configure the playpen in different ways and we are currently using 6 panels and use the other two in an L shape to block him from running into our family room. It works for a small dog and I would say medium size dog. I’m not sure about larger dogs or dogs that can climb over everything such as Terriers and others. We love it, you do need some space to set it up depending on how many panels you use. We set it up so it blocks the opening into our family room . There is still a gap so we can walk into our family room, but we use the extra two panels in an L-shaped that just slide back-and-forth and nicely block the rest of the family room entrance, but allows us to move in and out of it freely. I bought two super large waterproof pads for the floor and then I put the towels on that so if the dog has an accident or spills its water, my hardwood floors are protected. I wouldn’t set it over the carpet, because if the dog pulled up the pads they could chew a hole in the carpet, so that’s how I deal with it. A person could set it up with only four panels, but that seems a little small to me, we used 6 of the 8 panels, but everybody has to decide what works best for them. The panels themselves go together pretty easily, it just takes a few minutes to figure out how they snaps into place and after that it’s pretty straightforward. It seems to hold up well and has a doggie door that you can lock. I take a tiny bungee cord and sometimes prop the door open and then the dog can go in and out freely when I’m around. Just make sure the bungee cord isn’t on the side the dog can chew it up and swallow it. It all works great for me. FYI the waterproof pads I bought from Amazon are actually designed for a human being. They are one large piece and fit under the whole six panel play pen set up with slight overlap. Good luck!

Está de muy buen tamaño para mis chihuahuas, la altura está perfecta, no es muy baja ni muy alta así que cumple su función. La puertita le da un plus bonito. La calidad del plástico es buena, realmente es muy linda.

We purchased it for our new puppy- I wanted something that doesn't look like a cage. It's sturdy, it was easy to put together, and now that our dog is grown, we removed 4 panels and kept a smaller, 4 panel version with the flap door, as his "sanctuary" - we keep his toys in there and he goes there to hide whenever I try to trim his nails. The other panels come in handy if I want to stop him from getting to something - we put them around the Christmas tree for example. Overall a good product.

This is a great size for a Shih Tzu puppy and has served its purpose. Easy set-up, great locking door, easy to step over to get into the pen. I deducted a star as my puppy is now 12 weeks and I worry it won't be strong enough to hold him much longer.
