I have not noticed a difference in sleep, due to using these or any nutritional benefits, but I’ve only been using them for about a month.

My son is recolonizing his probiotics. He had problems after he had his appendectomy (It burst inside). He was on heavy antibiotics and in the hospital for over a week. These are easy to chew. It's helping his digestive issues and taste great!
